WASTE OF MONEY definitely not a place where a kid can be a l kid. We took my sons and my niece and nephews for my sons 2nd birthday, figured it's an okay place for them to play at that age. I instantly regretted it. My 2 year old, whome we were there for couldn't even play on majority of the kiddie games. One of the water games where you're suppose to shoot the water through the hole was spray everywhere, even got the cop sitting in the booth right next to it. The rides were full and the kids on them were unsupervised so they just kept on riding and swiping their card. I had to ask for a turn for my son after the 3rd time. Over 15 games were out of service. On a Saturday to have that many games not working leaves you no choice but waiting in line to play after someone. Keep in mind you pay for time. So the unlimited access is actually quite limited you also have to wait about 45 seconds to swipe again so if the game is over before that you have to wait to use the card on the next thing. I took a picture of just a few games but there were some that you would attempt to play and nothing would happen. It's better to buy points than time. You know you're busy on the weekends you have all week to try and service as many of the games you can to give all patrons a fair deal.

We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday at Chuck E. Cheese today, and it was such a wonderful experience — thanks in large part to our amazing party host, Mauricio. From the moment we arrived, I felt a little overwhelmed seeing how many parties were happening at the same time. But we were fortunate to get the first table, which made it feel like we had our own space — almost like we were celebrating privately. That alone was a huge relief. Mauricio truly went above and beyond. He was there every step of the way, explaining everything thoroughly, offering helpful suggestions, and making sure everything ran smoothly. His kindness, attentiveness, and ready-to-go demeanor helped ease all my worries and made the day feel extra special for our son and all our guests. The price was very reasonable for a party with 24 kids, and the food options were great — everything came out on time and the kids (and adults!) enjoyed it. I honestly cannot recommend Mauricio enough — his outstanding customer service made all the difference. God bless you, Mauricio. Thank you, Mauricio and Chuck E. Cheese Pembroke Pines, for making our son’s birthday so memorable and fun!

The was our 3rd visit to this location and I have to express how thankful we are to the kind people, clean facility, and overall posivity. Whether it has been a birthday party or family outting this place puts a lot of above and beyond effort into a pleasant experience. The place is always clean and the games are always working. Asides from my 5 yr old being entertained throughout, I do enjoy the interactive sports games and Halo. The menu is of quality and value for kids entertainment. Be sure to take advantages of the combo deals. If your schedule allows and you have a smaller child; opening at 11am is your best bet for having some private trampoline time. It's a challenge to enforce the wristband and size limits set due to the lack of parenting at times. Definitely a great place where a kid can be a kid. Thank you all for the continued hard work.

I don’t even know where to begin , this place was gross EVERYWHERE. From the moment we walked in we couldn’t find a single table that was clean. It was my sons birthday and it was just a small family thing, one table is all we needed . I literally had to clean the table my self. It was overly crowded and the service was horrible . From the lines to order , to the servers , to the guys who fix the machines. Everyone was everywhere but no where. I noticed that the staff was all young , which makes sense to why it was so disorganized . OH BUT THATS NOT ALL.... so after I finally get my cups and my order was placed I walk to the machine that’s literally right next to the kitchen when I look over and see the most disgusting floor and counter tops I have ever seen . There was two guys by the door who immediately shut the door when they saw me looking ; mind you I’m pregnant so I felt nauseous instantly with just the thought that we were about to eat this food but it was very expensive and non refundable so like an hour later we receive the food , all separated . The pizza looked “alright” I’m not going to say it looked good because it’d be lying , but that’s how their pizza always looks. We all ate and right after instantly got stomach aches , two days pass and that’s when the virus hit my 2 year old .. non stop throwing up ! Back to back every 30 minutes ... I took her to the doctor and even the doctor knew she had %100 got it from there . The rest of us were fine .. until the next day . She stopped throwing up with medication but now has diarrhea ; my 4 year old got it .. same thing ... my father got it , my nephew and niece & last but not least me ... it was horrifying ! I felt like I was throwing up my guts . And pregnant .. oh man I don’t wish this on my worst enemy. I swear I will never eat here again . And I’ll make sure to tell everyone how nasty this place is . Who knows how they cooked this food, for us to get such a bad bacteria in our stomach . One star is TOO MUCH for y’all . I hope they get shut down and inspected . You go to have a good time with your kids and you end up with vomiting non stop from the whole...

On March 15th 2019 I visited the Chuck E Cheese located in Pembroke Pines, Fl for my daughters 5th birthday. Upon entering their facility I was greeted with a smell I would compate to a mixture of urine, feces, and feet. It left me uncomfortable with a headache and my eyes tearing up. Looking around it was hard not to notice several tables left with their previous visitors' trash. When I expressed my concerns with an associate and was dissappointed at their response I requested to be directed to another location, preferably a larger one, I was directed to Aventura. When I arrived at the Aventura location I was please to find the air was so much more cleaner and bearable. After completing my purchase of two play cards it became apparent the money/time was not activated on one card. Recounting my experiences from earlier it left me frustrated. I purchased a X-Large Pizza with a seven drinks and cinnamon sticks. It took well over an hour for out food to come out. When it finally arrived I was disappointed to find the cinnamon sticks looked like burnt bread without icing and was COLD. After another 30 mins my party was greeted with a pizza that looked like it had been sitting in the building for a week and was also COLD. After overcoming the first impressions we realized that it was the wrong pizza as well. I requested a manager and shared my experiences hoping to find a resolve to salvaging a please Birthday for my daughter. I was disappointed when I was told there was nothing that could be done and that they can remake my Pizza it was my daughters birthday. Content with idea of never returning I did't push the issue. MY party waited another hour for the second pizza to arrive. Although cold it appeared more edible than previous. It is unfortunate that my entire party shortly after departing the establishment had to visit an urgent care facility where it was believed we were suffering from...

I had my sons birthday party here on December 18th, 2021. As part of the Birthday Package My son was given the option of going into the ticket blaster or receiving 1000 tickets. We chose the 1000 tickets because we thought it was the better deal. We received a receipt with a barcode for 1000 tickets. We did not use the voucher for 1000 tickets that same day, however we took a picture of the voucher because we noticed the ink was already starting to rub off. We though that since we took the picture of the barcode on the receipt we would be able to redeem it with the picture by scanning the barcode. On 1/29/2022 when we tried to redeem the tickets the manager Giselle would not honor the 1000 tickets voucher because it was not physically present. She claimed we would use the voucher repeatedly because we have a photo, however if the barcode was scanned then this would not be possible because you would be able to see if the voucher was used in your system, therefore her argument was invalid, because by scanning the barcode she could see we did not use the voucher yet. I felt as paying customers on multiple occasions we were not treated with respect or understanding, and the manager did her job poorly. We spent over $300 for my sons birthday and we came back to spend more money , all I wanted was what was I payed for as part of my sons birthday package. If we had a limited window of use or if we needed the physical voucher, as opposed to scanning the barcode on the voucher we should have been properly notified of this when the choice was offered to us between the ticket blaster or the 1000 tickets. As of now I feel like I overpaid for my sons birthday since I was not able to collect on all of the benefits which were promised to us...
