Order food online with a pick up time of 7:50. Waited for my food until 8:25. Asked the long haired employee at the front who was checking people out for an update on my order which he continuously told me 5 minutes more for 35 minutes. Finally after I got pissed and elevated my voice a bit, the manager came all of a sudden with my food. When I asked how long it was ready for, he proceeded to tell me 5 minutes. How is my food ready for 5 minutes when I’ve been waiting for it for 35 minutes? Make it make sense!?
After I mentioned that to the manager and started to walk away with my food, the little long haired employee proceeded to rudely and disrespectfully laugh as I’m walking away. At that point, I made a quick return right back the long haired employee to ask what was so funny. Which of course, I got no response to. I guess it’s only funny when you think you’re laughing behind someone’s back.
To make matters worse, after checking my food, they also put my cold beverages on top of my food in the same bag. Why would you expedite the process of making someone’s food cold???Makes no sense!
Anyways- stay away from this location. They are fairly new and most of the staff needs to be trained again or just needs new jobs doing SOMETHING ELSE, somewhere else! If you really need to get your fix of Chipotle, take the drive to a different location even if it’s a bit further. Don’t waste your time coming to a location that doesn’t value...

Then I get my order finally and open it to find they put my drink ON MY BURRITO, like is it really that hard to make sure that the drink is NEXT to the burrito not ON TOP of it??? Looks like your employees need more training, cause it’s ridiculous honestly. I was in restaurant for a very very long time I use to put to go orders together, it’s really simple, you make sure things are NEXT to each other not on top of each other if it can create a dent or mess up the food in any way. I’m so infuriated about this as well cause when I tried to call the machine wouldn’t let me speak to anyone at the actual restaurant, and when I went online to speak to an agent via chat the agent is just ignoring me. Read moreToday July 19,2025 around 1:25pm I went to this location and there was this Spanish guy I believe is new, I ordered a KID’S QUESADILLA he proceeded to grab two plain tortillas and put it on the plate with NO CHEESE in it. I had to tell him to PUT CHEESE IN THE TORTILLA AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO GET IRRITATED SAYING “OH MY GOD” what kind of people are you hiring at this location???
