Coley's Pizza — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

You have been my go to place for wings since moving here in 2015, but your customer service is going down hill

I Ordered 50 wings for super bowl and you shorted me a few( not the end of the world I let it go)

A few weeks after I ordered some wings and cheese sticks. When I arrive to pickup, I tell the girl my name and she just started acting weird . Wouldn’t look at me acted like I was invisible. She got on the phone and called someone . I asked if there was an issue she walked away without saying a word. I was laughing with another customer looking for a camera I thought was a practical joke?? A few minutes later a guy Walks up behind me and hands a bag to the girl and she turns and hands it me ?? She had sent it out with the delivery driver . All she had to do was tell me.

Today I order 36 wings mild for a group my sons friends. The menu says under Dipping sause1.ranch2.blue cheese3. Extra wing sauce I pick 3 extra wing sauce for dipping as it is listed under DIPPING SAUCeS( which I always do)

When my wife picked it up she asked about the sauce , they said when you order extra sauce the put directly on the wings???

Been a customer for 7 years … going to explore other options from now on

Order online today first time customer. Ordered specialty pizza, appetizer, dessert and drink. Girl who gave me the pizza didn't say a word just put it to my chest and went to leave. I had to stop her to give her the cash payment ($2 tip was already included plus the cash tip I just gave her)

Opened up the pizza box, and a very old disgusting cheese pizza was in it. Tried to them before they left, had to call Coleys.

No apology, said she would call driver. Girl came back with another pizza, opened it and it was very old and cold but correct order. Had to stop her before she left to give her the cheese pizza (she never said a word)

Without a doubt this is the most horrible pizza I've ever eaten. Cheap ingredients, no taste of sauce, no toppings to be found, and it only had a hint of meat flavor.

Fries were soggy and cold. $30 for small fries (Soggy...most likely microwaved), "large" pizza (topless old and cold, most likely has been sitting for at least an hour) and a bread bites with powdered sugar (cheap knock off trying to pass as dessert).

Little to no effort was made in making sure my order was correct. The food was well below par (99 cent piece at Walmart tastes better)

They showed no care or concern for quality when I called. If I could get them half a star...

I placed an order at Coley's Pizza for Sunday football, hoping for a solid meal to enjoy during the game.

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza (requested well done) and wings (wanted well done with extra sauce) through their website, along with some celery and a few other items. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown.

The pizza arrived significantly undercooked, far from the crispy, well-done crust I asked for. The wings were equally disappointing--dry, with no extra sauce as requested, and the bones were brittle, suggesting they were old. To top it off, the celery I ordered was nowhere to be found, and several other items I requested were missing from the order.

It seemed like the young staff working that day might not have been paying much attention, which could explain the oversights.

Overall, the meal was underwhelming and honestly undesirable. Based on this experience, I'll be passing on ordering from Coley's Pizza...
