Worst experience on 09/27/2024 I placed a mobile curbside pick up 8:05 pm I parked and on app confirm I was there. As time went on by 9:45 the app says enjoy your order. But no order was given nor acknowledged. I went inside as you can see on the image it was pack. But my problem is the fact the manager and the crew were more focus on packing cookies in boxes and no leadership or organization to speak the customers. I had to call out loud for assistance a young lady was very helpful and was trying to help but got reprehended by the manager who was only focus on packing and no distributions of orders. That’s when I decided to cancel my order. The young lady grabs a folded paper with scribbles everywhere and ask for my name and phone number. I laughed and said what is that I just want a refund. She explained her manager instructed her to get name and phone number to do refund for next day. I provided her with my information. Today is 10/3/24 and I had to call myself to ask what’s happen to my refund. To now tell me it takes 3 days for refunds I said but it’s past 3 days and I still have not even gotten a call back. She asked for my information again to give to manager tomorrow. I am really dissatisfied on how management has not taken any initiative in at least cordially calling the customer with an update. Lady on the phone says oh she is not here give me your information and I will have her call you. No ma’am I will be go in to the store myself tomorrow. No managers name was given. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Just go to Night Owl ppl. Never again will I be using this company.
Today is 10/16/2024 and I still have yet to get a refund from Milly the manager nor a courtesy call. I find it ridiculous that I have to wait and I have to call myself to get a refund for items that I never received. Very upset with the services they Millie said she was gonna call me back. She was going to do the refund the next day and nothing was done. Not a call was given to me. I left multiple calls multiple messages because unfortunately, I work and by the time I get out, she’s no longer in her shift so I keep getting the runaround. It’s a simple $20 bill but still, the fact that I went on September 27 and the services were not done or provided to me and then for them to say that they were going to reimburse me 24 hours later and I was gonna receive my money within three business days, I understand, but the fact that I still have not received my refund nor call is beyond The worst customer service ever. Read moreSo this one's a little weird cuz it's kind of a mixed bag for me. While I found the cookies tasty, I did wish there was more than just four varieties, the service was very lackluster, and it would have been really nice had there been one vegan option. But it appears that this is their business model only rotating a few flavors at a time, and hopefully that means that the cookies are high quality. The first immediate pitfall I found with the cookie was one I have found in many of these other large gourmet cookies shops. The cookies are so big so dense and so thick that there's literally no way for them to be evenly cooked throughout. This results in a cookie that is fairly perfect for the outer crust portion of the cookie, and then the entire 2/3 of the inside is basically just uncooked cookie dough. I know some people enjoy eating cookie dough out of the can or out of the mixing bowl, but it really isn't good for you to eat raw cookie dough, unless it is not made with fresh raw eggs. Raw cookies aside, my real issue was with the service. The person behind the counter seemed entirely unbothered by my presence. I hadn't been there before so I asked two or three questions about flavors and packaging. They seemed annoyed by my questions and gave me short curt answers that frankly felt patronizing. So that wasn't very fun.
Then there's the actual location itself. The decoration seems clinical and aseptic almost to the point of being unappetizing. There was not one single cookie smell to be sniffed, and in a place with both chocolate chip cookies and supposed sugar cookie dough, that tells me that they're either not really being baked on site or only baked once early in the morning before opening perhaps. Either way, if real estate agents can pop chocolate chip cookies in the oven before a showing so the smell will make a house feel more homey, certainly a cookie 🍪 company can inject a little bit of this homeyness and cookie scent into their stores.... Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I preordered cookies for my family for Valentines Day. As soon as I walked in there was a man placing an order, and 2 young ladies working behind the counter. One of them tended to me and asked me, my name at which I gave her my name and my order was ready. I realized at that moment that I had ordered several boxes instead of one large box. I asked if they had a bag or could I possibly get a large box to place all the cookies at which the young lady said no. I was trying to figure out how to take everything to the car when the young lady asked if I needed help, I said "yes." This entire time, the girl had an attitude but, she's young....didn't think much of it. I could sense the attitude/bitterness from her, so I said "forget it, I"ll just take them to the car." I said thank you to her and she replied to me "you're not welcome!" NEVER, have I ever had anyone say anything like that to me. I was appalled. I have worked at a middle/high school for 23 years...I deal with young students all the time and I have never had anyone with such a horrible attitude. Her name is Alejandra. I left there disgusted with her horrible, nasty attitude. And yet from the back she yelled at me that I was the one with an attitude. Because I asked for help to take the stuff to the car?
