Pro of this Dunkin is their hours of operation. Closed for only 2 hours (2am-4am). Cons: Long lines, lazy employees, lazy employees, lazy employees, wrong orders, missing items, and lazy employees. On 1 occasion, on my way to an appointment, I stopped to get a medium hot chocolate. The line was long, but it didn't deter me from waiting. Well, it's my fault for not lifting the lid from the hot cup immediately after it was handed to me. A few mins after driving off, I went to take a sip, and I just knew my nose was lying to me because there's no way I smelled coffee. I took a sip, and it was black coffee. Unfortunately, I couldn't return to the location due to my appointment so I tried the next best thing. I called the store location but did not get a hold of anyone. I then dialed corporate, who did nothing but advised that I would need to resolve the issue with the store. I returned 2 hours later because I was going to get what I paid for or a full refund. To my surprise, there were 2 more customers making the same complaint as myself. The manager or shift leader commented that the incompetent employee was giving black coffee to everyone who ordered hot chocolate. The manager was apologetic and provided store credit for a free menu item. Since that incident, I've had a few additional issues: An employee took my order and payment and forget to return with my...
Read moreManagers like Stephanie deserve a raise (and recognition) for the way she handle extremely difficult clients, even when those clients are rude, racist, or disrespectful. She always shows the best attitude, manages herself with professionalism, and keeps the store running smoothly despite how busy it gets.
I’ve read some reviews saying this store doesn’t have good customer service, but that is completely FALSE. The environment is busy FOR A REASOON the food is always fresh, the service is efficient, and the team works hard. Every time I visit, I never wait too long. And it’s just COMMON SENSE: if there’s a line of people, you can’t expect your food in 30 seconds, that doesn’t mean customer service is bad.
On top of that, every single time I see Stephanie, she’s literally running around the store, looking like she’s in a rush, NOT because she’s stressed, but because she’s working hard to make sure every customer gets their food as fast as possible.
This team is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and Stephanie is a big reason why. She deserves recognition and a raise for the way she leads and sets the example for everyone else.
Add on, this is the most cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever...
Read moreI use the on the go app for convenience and I select drive thru. When I get to the drive thru I'm told to pull in the curbside lane. Each and every time, I still end up waiting close to 15 minutes and eventually get out my car and go inside to see why it's taking so long. I get in there and there's more than plenty workers behind the counter. I ordered a bagel and watermelon refresher. The young lady brings out the bagel no refresher. She begins to tell me there is no more watermelon so I say just bring me any other flavor. Now I've already waited at least 15 minutes and I'm watching her just talking to another employee. I get out of my car in the curbside to go in, the same young lady is on her way out with someone else's order!!! Another employee ended up making my drink. Mind you there's at least a dozen employees behind the counter. The drive thru was moving great, but the on the go was terrible. Whsts the use of ordering ahead of time and you can go in the drive thru and get served quicker? This has happened to me too many times. This store used to be my go to store. I pass at least 3 every morning to go to this one. Definitely reporting this store to the...
