It was my first visit at a Jersey Mikes, and it was an incredible experience. Not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by shift leader Chandler who walked me through all options and took the time to ensure that I knew what I was ordering. He ended up making my sandwich to perfection. And while he was making the subs, I had the pleasure of meeting another employee Fred who also was making sure I was liking my first visit. These two were absolute superstars with Chandler showing first hand why he is a shift leader. And then of course there is Kaleb Webb who delivers the epitome of customer service I suggest you visit this location if you want great sandwhiches made by first-class team members who if they could be cloned would ensure Jersey Mikes remains at the top of the heap. Whoever the female manager is.. not worthy of the title! Came in at 830 by myself with no one else in the store. She didn’t want to make me a chicken Philly!!

I come here at-least 3 times a week. I’ve never felt more offended. Plenty of time to make a simple sandwich.

I’m not done complaining. I gave her a warning.. you sure you don’t want to make me a my sandwich.. she said no.

This location was very busy when I walked in for a late lunch. Customers placing orders in person, app orders and home delivery services. There was only one employee currently working who was also being the cashier. Overall he did an excellent job greeting everyone as they walked in and asked if they were picking up or placing order. I patiently waited my turn enjoying half my order there and the other half to take home. I overheard the employee telling another customer that they were out of many items, such as steak and noticed other out of stock signs on several fountain drinks These later problems are out of control of this employee, instead the manager and or owner needs to do a better job with inventory...
