I believe in honest reviews...this is unbelievable! I can not believe the health department does NOT SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Do they check these places? For one, while I was walking in to place my order I thought I saw a rat running from the back door. Surely I had thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. #2- the manager was directing staff on their jobs while I (the customer) had to wait for her to complete her faculty meeting.(??). I placed my order and watched while the food prep person blew her nose and whipped it across her arm continuing to make food ordersđ˛(NO GLOVES?). After several attempts to get the manager as I had seen enough and just wanted my money back, she told me off and told me if I didn't want it I shouldn't have ordered it ...refused refund responding'dont eat then'. I left approximately $15.00 less in my pocket, NO food (as I do not like snot sauce) and the OLD DRY CHICKEN they were serving just didn't cut it. My husband was walking out of the restroom and slipped and fell on the filthy slippery greasy floor. He got back to his feet, and tried to tell the guy holding the mop. Of course... NO ENGLISH! Look, both my husband and I worked the food and beverage industry for years. I am just SHOCKED that this place is not shut down. Yes it was a RAT as there were several other dead ones in the back brush upon further inspection. The grease being used to cook with had not been changed in A LONG time. The chicken under lights is supposed to be changed after specific time limits set for customer safety! GLOVES are appropriate attire for food handling. Body fluids are NOT a NEW SAUCE! If you work in America you should be required to understand the language and SPEAK IT! And when a manager with an attitude is the example...I guess things are running smoothly there. WHERE IS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT? I will not be a KFC customer ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN as apparently the STANDARDS have changed drastically for this to be acceptable. That money loss was the best spent in my life as it probably SAVED it....

I did the line on the drive-thru, when it was my turn I ordered barbecue sauce with my meal, the guy told me I had to ask the sauce at the window. I ordered the chicken extra crispy. When I reached the window I asked for the sauce and reminded them that the chicken should be crispy. He didnât give me the barbecue sauce so I had to remind him twice. After I left the window, I checked the bag to make sure I had the sauce. Guess what, there was no sauce in the bag!!!! I parked my car and walked in to ask for the sauce. The was a senior guy in front of my trying to redeem a KFC coupon, but the cashier said they could not accept the coupon because that was a corporate coupon and they were a privately owned store. The senior guy left really disappointed. When it was my turn they cashier told me he needed the receipt to give the sauce, I showed him the bag they had just given me, but he said he needed the receipt. I walked back to my car to get the receipt, and when I got back he told me he had found the receipt and gave me the âbarbecue sauceâ I had ordered more than 7 times before. When I got home, the chicken was not crispy, almost raw, had flour on it, and the sauces he gave me were nit barbecue but KFC sauce, which I donât like.    Read moreLady that took our order was disrespectful and rushed us to order. " hurry and order". We asked for a meal from the tacobell side of the menu and when proceeding to order from the KFC side she told us that they closed the KFC half. Even though is was 11 pm when they close at 12 am. She then mentioned that they only had tenders, which was weird, considering they are a chicken establishment and out of the whole KFC menu they only had tenders. Our cashier through the drive thru was hurrying us up when paying for our food. She messed up our drink and having to deal with the attitude made us just take the wrong drink to leave as fast as possible. I see why this store is rated so low. Poor service and atmosphere is horrendous. It seems that from dinner till closing time the staff don't care about the service and the quality of their food. This is a management and team issue. No other KFC that we have gone to has performed so poorly. This store needs some close attention from KFC CORP. Don't keep employees that perform under expectations when all it does is hinder the stores reputation...
