4 years later and we were hungry decided to come back tonight we arrived at the drive through at 10:45 waited OVER 45 minutes for us to be three cars behind. We get to the speaker box and they say they are closed 😒 underneath the drive through sign it says closed at 12am the car that was three cars ahead of us said they had been waiting an hour to be served. I don’t understand how this place is even open especially at night the customer service is horrible. The hours aren’t updated correctly to reflect if they are open or not and when we told the employee if she was able to at least service us as to seeing we were waiting that long she said I only have hard and soft tacos. It is unacceptable to have a store that does so poorly if I could rate it 0 stars I would and that’s doing a lot for me because I hardly complain about places unless they are REALLY bad. 4/27/23

Google maps and the store itself has posted it closes at 1AM we were in line at 11:50PM with cars ahead of us we waited 20 minutes(on an empty stomach) for us to pull up to the box nobody answered them to pull forward to the window thinking the box maybe be broken and the person at the window looking down looks up and says we close iat 12. Honestly, I've been going to this taco bell since 2010. Ive seen it at its best, worst and ive seen it turn around again lately. I don't know if they're under new management, but I noticed a change. The orders are more accurate. Also, its Taco Bell, Fast food doesnt exist anymore. Covid messed up a lot of things and all you customers need to remember that. So if you dont have time to wait in drive thru or in the lobby, then find another establishment. Im fine waiting for my food to be accurate and properly expedited.

My experience tonight was waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. I popped on some Squid Games and waited my turn. I ordered grilled cheese nacho fries, cheesy gordita crunch no lettuce, 12 pk cinnabon delights, side of creamy jalapeño sauce and a pepsi. When i got my order, i parked in the parking lot and checked my order. I opened the fries, it looked like a burrito. So I went back in and asked if could get a new one bc i didn't see fries. The lady took it and brought me back a more desirable grilled cheese nacho fries. They were surprisingly and amazingly awesome! It eliminated my craving for a grilled cheese burrito and nacho fries. The rest of my food was good too.
