I have ordered many times from this store and again i am missing an item i ordered. This time i did not receive my Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes. It is very obvious that this location does not take the few seconds it takes to verify that all items in an order are given and in the bag before giving it to the delivery person for delivery. The manager or someone at this location should just be tasked with checking that all items are in the order because i know for a fact im not the only one to have a problem with their order. I like many other people try to avoid going and ordering from this location because i know that there is a high chance of them making something wrong or completely forgetting something. I hope they start checking orders and taking this process seriously because like many, we do not like the constant repitition of orders missing something or not made correctly. As many people should be aware the delivery person does not have the ability to verify the orders and the items inside because the bags are usually taped when they are ready for pickup/delivery and the responsibility to verify all items in the order is on the store itself causing the customer to request a refund for missing items after delivery when a refund for the missing items could be easily and quickly be avoided if someone from the store checks the receipt and the items in the bag before they close the bag before the delivery person arrives and delivery. I would suggest that this location do with many other restaurants do, grab a marker and check the receipt that is on the bag and verify that all items that are on the receipt are in the bag and of course, if there is more than one bag do it with all bags and ensure that all items and bags are given to the delivery, person for delivery. When a customer request a refund, does the manager of the location or their employees receive any consequences as the store is losing money every time the customer has to request a refund? Unfortunately as my orders keep not coming with something I ordered. I believe the last time I ordered from this location will be my last as this location and it's manager cannot do a simple task as checking the receipt and the bags to make sure that all items are there. I also do not receive items when I go in person to the store even though an employee at the store tells me that I have to wait a bit for my order. There are still items missing or made wrong. I know that the location will probably never see this review but in the very small chance that they do I hope that they start taking their job seriously as what they are currently doing now does not work and is not wanting customers to return as they do not receive the correct items or simply not an item they ordered. It's not that difficult to check and verify all items are in the bag before giving it to the delivery person for delivery! It's not rocket science! You work at a fast food restaurant! I'm am dumbfounded at how poor the level of service is at this location. How many times can a restaurant get an order wrong? I've given these folk ample opportunities to get their "act" together.
You drive up, put your order in see everything is right on the screen and still don't get what you ask for? How is that possible??
I have to constantly check to see I have dipping sauces for Nuggets. Why? I'm ordering over 20 Nuggets at times and told the employee taking the order what sauces I want when they are the ones asking! I get to the pick up window and it doesn't even occur to the employees to throw ANY sauce in the bag. I mean, you just finished packing my food.. you know what's in there! Use your head!!
Ketchup anyone? forget that too.. you won't get any..Ask for no mustard on a quarter pounder, get extra mustard instead. Don't want pickles on your burger? Still get pickles. Order a 20 piece Nugget.. GET ONLY 18 INSTEAD!!
How hard is it to ensure people get what they asked and paid for?
The McDonald Brothers would be TERRIBLY disappointed in this location.
I gave two stars because food is always hot and the people who take the orders are trained well enough to take the order correctly and regularly ask "what sauce for the Nuggets" even though I won't ever get them at the pick up window without asking again.
Update 1-3-2022 New Year, same issues. I went a whole year without getting ANY food from this Mickey D's. Once again, I ordered a 10 piece Nuggets meal, got 9 Nuggets instead. No Sauce in the bag even though I asked for it when I ordered my meal and nearly left before realizing I didn't get a straw for my beverage. Had to walk inside to get a straw.
