We usually buy our groceries here and we like it because they're always stocked. Unfortunately today was a disaster and I feel like I have to make a review to warn other customers. This happened around 11am. I usually do self checkout but today I wasn't feeling well so I went to the regular lane with the cashier. The guy seemed pretty upset that we were making the lane instead of the self checkout in the first place but I brushed it off because again, I was feeling sick and wasn't in the mood to argue and ruin my day even more. The register stopped working and I had to put all of my groceries back into the cart since we were asked to move to another register they were going to open. That register was blocked with boxes in front (not sure why they have one register open on a Sunday especially when issues can arise and it's good to have a backup). The cashier was even more upset now and kept banging the register taking his frustration out on it (I can't believe I'm typing this but that's exactly what happened to my surprise and that of the people behind me). This guy honestly needs to take an anger management course. Nobody was even complaining, we all grabbed our groceries and moved without saying anything. Then he goes to the second register after the boxes are moved and that one doesn't work either. Again, he has another outburst of anger and starts hitting the register. This was honestly concerning to witness. Another cashier (who was super nice), probably the only person qualified to work in customer service in this place, offered to scan the products for me at checkout since I voiced I wasn't feeling well which is why I didn't do self checkout in the first place. While he's scanning the stuff, the manager (blonde lady) shows up and asks the cashier helping me in a really bad tone what is happening (another one with anger issues, maybe her and the first guy are related, makes sense why he was hired despite hitting everything that comes his way). We were all staring at her. At this point the line is pretty long, and both registers were working again. Instead of helping and taking the first register, she walks away. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience especially with this guy and his anger outbursts. Lady behind me had a small child too and he didn't even care that he was also scaring her. Moral of the story, if you can't control your emotions, especially when people aren't even mean to you in the first place, don't work in customer service jobs. Not coming back. I truly hope things get better and someone fires this guy before he strangles somebody for even breathing in...

The store has made some updates, but what it could really use is faster restocking. also best to go early when everything is still orderly.. 😂 inflation is ridiculous in 07/22. peaches and apples much cheaper than other green colored stores..buying all my salad fixings here now 11/22 , Publix has lost their minds with prices . 07/23 prices have been driven up by inflation, my 50cent can of green beans is now 64cent my fav 3.97 cake is now 5.97 .🥺 and we have to self checkout. lol the self checkout allows for credit cards and is convenient . Every time I have come here the lines are long because they have one cash register open. also the girls working at the register are bad mouthing how they hate working there which makes me feel super uncomfortable. One girl was saying that it was worst job shes ever worked for which i was surprised to hear .Also the cashier was scanning my items so fast that she double or triple charged me for several items that i only had one of so then i had to go back and make her give me my money back and then have the other customers get mad at me because there is no "customer service area" aside to solve any problems! I will no longer be coming to this location and will go only to the one in sterling road and university...
