I was with my daughter yesterday and this was literally the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I ordered a medium sirloin steak and shrimp, the steak came out well done. I also didn't receive my baked potato. When the baked potato came out it wasnt even cut. I told the waitress about the steak, Julie (which was amazing) she took it back. After waiting a long time the steak was brought out by the kitchen staff and I was asked to cut it to see if it was right. Once again, it was well done. Without me even saying anything the fustrated staff member took it away. Julie again was very apologetic and said she would try and get us a discount. I could see her talking to the manager, who was expediting the food, with no gloves mind you. At this point my sides were cold, I was still waiting for my steak, and you would think the manager would come over to apologize. Finally, the manager comes over with the steak and said to cut it. This time is was correct, with attitude the manager said you see it's correct, even juicy, and then walks away. Julie comes back and said the manager will come over and give you your check and explain the discount. Again after waiting for the bill, Julie came to check on us and was even surprised that the manager didn't come bring the check. Finally after getting the check, I come to find out the discount was a mistake on their part of charging me for two steak and shrimp meals. I WILL NEVER come back to this restaurant again!!! Very disappointing how the manager handled this situation. Also, the quality of the food was pure trash.

I love Miller’s Ale House! It’s always my go to for a nice lunch or dinner or just appetizers and drinks on any day of the week. I particularly love this location because the customer service is always impeccable. The food is always on point. The drinks are even BETTER! I’ve been going here for awhile, but I am just now posting a review because I just remembered (sorry). This Cajun chicken pasta was beyond fantastic. The portion was huge I had to take the rest home and even then it tasted even better once I ate it at home. It was incredibly delicious. I made this visit 03/01/2022. The rum punch was fantastic and the dessert we had Captain Jack’s Buried Treasure OMGGGGGG it was sooooo delicious! Definitely glad I had my friend with me because I wouldn’t be able to eat it by myself. So sweet and delicious. Millers Ale House is also super duper affordable especially with the drink specials they can’t be beat. They don’t skim on the liquor either so it’s totally worth it. MAH you guys will be getting my money again! A huge thank you to the staff (servers, bartenders, buzzers, etc) because they’re always so gracious, courteous and helpful EVEN when the restaurant is busy (sorry I don’t have particular names. Everyone is simply fantastic in here). Huge shoutout to management because you must be doing something right to be running such a great restaurant! Keep it up and I’ll keep coming back! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Miller’s Ale House for over 10 years. I love the menu and have always had great experiences! But my first visit to the Pembroke Pines location was a total disappointment. To begin with, I was surprised they didn’t have an outdoor terrace or smoking area, but I decided to stay because of the trust I have in the brand. The food was fine, no complaints there, but the service was another story. Yesterday was Election Day in the U.S., and the restaurant was almost empty. I politely asked the server if it was possible to adjust one of the TVs to follow the election coverage, and she referred the request to someone who seemed to be the manager. And here’s the infuriating part: this person, without even introducing himself or showing an ounce of courtesy, curtly told us they couldn’t show ā€œpolitics or religion.ā€ There was no ā€œsorry,ā€ no polite explanation—nothing. We felt censored and, honestly, mistreated. I understand there may be company policies, but the way this was handled was unacceptable! What kind of customer service is this? A manager should know how to read situations and treat loyal customers with respect. I did not expect such a disappointing experience from Miller’s Ale House. Please, improve the attitude of your staff toward customers!

Two things before I get into this review: I'm a long-time customer. Went to the Jupiter location 36 years ago the year that the Ale House opened it's doors. The Ale House has been in my rotation ever since. I don't normally review and do so under two extreme occasions: the experience was absolutely STELLAR, or the experience was absolute TRASH.

This review speaks for itself....

As a prologue to this particular review, I think it's important to add this tidbit as reference: It's been a few months since my penultimate visit, where we made our appearance for the Prime Rib on a Thursday night. It was terrible. Overcooked, salty, and I've literally had Canadian Bacon slices with Eggs Benedict that were thicker.

Today was worse.

Went for the Steak Fajitas and am dumbfounded why they took it off the menu. It's only THE most popular thing they had on there. Reluctantly, I ordered the 12 oz. Ribeye Steak, medium rare with veggies and a salad.

Salad showed up first and the bowl it was in literally had a smear of old butter, about an inch long, on the inner surface that extended onto the lip of the bowl. How the waitress missed it was mind numbing, but there it was, in all it's nasty, disgusting glory.

When the steak came, it was more in the 9 oz. category, and when I touched it with the blunt handle of the knife, it was clearly overdone. I made 4 cuts to check doneness and as expected, it was medium well. Hungry, I cut a piece and ate it. (So....in college, I would sometimes take a frozen, sub choice sirloin steak out of the freezer, thaw it in the microwave, throw some salt on it, and cook it on a cheap pan.) This steak tasted EXACTLY the same. Same flavor, same texture, and same lack of enjoyability - except that THIS ONE was much more expensive.

Sad that this place has spiraled to such a low. I promise, it really used to be way better. That was a different time, though, and it seems those times are now forever gone. Miller Ale House, unless something significantly drastic changes my opinion, you're officially off this guy's...

I have been a MAH customer for years at different locations. But maybe I should have listened to some friends who told me about the bad vibes at the Pembroke Pines location? I invited 10 employees over for dinner. When we arrived, 5 of us sat down waiting for the rest (eventually 3 couldn't come so it ended up being 8). The receptionist was very nice and told us to take one of the 5 free tables that were available so we sat there. After a minute a šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļømanager?? came over to ask: " how many of you are there going to be?". (NOT hello, hi, my name is..nothing!). We said: right now 9 or 10. She then proceeded to literally bark at us. No! I need to know now if there are going to be more than 8 so I'm setting up another table! 😤. So we said sorry just for now we are 8šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø. She then walk away annoyed . The atmosphere was bad at that moment🫣. After a minute my friend asked this person something about a burger on the menu. This person stared at him for a while and yelled I AM NOT YOUR SERVER!!! YOU MUST WAIT FOR HER!!! with a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! My friend was in shock. We were about to leave this place due this disgusting situation when our waitress showed up with a big smile and said hello my name is..., and changed the horrible toxic atmosphere completely. We just finished having a fantastic dinner as always at MAH. But we were 1 second away from leaving the place with a horrible feeling of being mistreated by a horrible person. I want to complain about this situation, my guests were exposed unnecessarily. Before we left, we asked for this person’s name and we were told that she was NOT a manager but a waitress named SANDRA. So, I would NOT recommend going to Miller's Ale House in its Pembroke Pines location if people like this employee mistreat you just because she was in a bad...
