I ordered on the website with no issue. I received my pizza and as I went to eat it, the whole thing was falling apart. The cheese and the toppings came off, and the stuff cheese crust was separating from the pizza. Also, the stuff crust was just a block of cheese, no garlic on it whatsoever, and not melting great once I tried to heat it! It was the same with the other pizza I ordered. When I reached out to the manager, he couldn't offer a refund. The only thing they could do was remake it or give a credit. I just wanted a refund and not even for the whole order because i did order other items. It was just for the 2 pizzas from that order. However, they still couldn't process the refund. Filled out a complaint form by calling the customer service number online. The next day, the general manager, Scott R. sent me an email after stating I wanted to be contacted via phone and left the store number saying it was his number within the email and to call that number if I prefer to have a conversation. I kindly emailed back about getting a refund, but no response. I followed up the next day via email again, but there was no response. I called the number he gave for the store, and he wasn't even there.

My order did not come with any of the Jalopenos that they are supposed to come with as a side, and neither came with the garlic containers either, which they also are supposed to come with and that Papa John's charges 50 cents per if you want more of them.
On top of that, the delivery driver was very rude about the tip. I gave him a tip and i wanted to tip more, i only had a dollar on me, but the "delivery fee" that they tack onto it of $4.00, as though gasoline is still nearly $5.00 per gallon when it's not is ridiculous. So i only had $30.00 exact on me and let him keep the dollar and change as his tip. Still, the driver's attitude was not right and he pretty much crumpled up the receipt after i signed and threw it on the ground then walked away while saying "ONE DOLLAR ONE DOLLAR ONE DOLLAR"...
The pizza itself did not have anywhere near the ingredients that they usually have, it was lacking cheese and meats on it. I purchased "the meats" pizza and it was more like a pizza sauce pizza with a small crumb of meatball on it each slice, and a island of cheese...

Not exclusively, they are good but not great, and I buy from them when they have a sale or when I'm having a party and I need delivery. They have a rewards program, and the points expire (which is terrible to begin with). I got a notice and points were expiring after 6/2, and I happened to be having a party on 6/2, so I waited to use them then. But it turns out "after 6/2" means the same as "on 6/1" to them, they purposfully word their e-mails to make it sound like you have an extra day that you do not have. I complained about this, but they refused to refund the $10.70 that they have stolen from me, saying that their rewards are not guaranteed and they do not have any policy allowing for refunds. They offered to replace the rewards dollars, but I'm paying interest on my credit card on the amount they already charged me. This is fraud, and now I'm having to contact the credit card company to deny the charge. I'm done with this restaurant unless I get a personal response to my e-mail from the local manager and my entire order...
