Starbucks has been robbing us all blind for ages. In the past, it has been where a topping is not in stock and the barista does not mention, yet still takes your order and money, and prepares a drink. More recently, it has been their shortage of oatmilk. As a consumer of oatmilk, and a patron of starbucks for 20 years now, it becomes really upsetting that in the shortage the company does not offer an alternative without an upcharge. You guys are ordering drinks, and paying an upcharge when they have an item out of stock. This goes back to my statement on years past. They do not discount the drink, instead you still pay for a drink sans topping. Now they gouge at a time where every penny that we willfully spend is calculated because of inflation and the ever growing price of all consumer goods (eggs/milk/rent/gas etc.). Let me be clear, I am not upset about paying for a coffee. I am upset about paying for a coffee they cannot make and the lack of communication on the upcharge, or the deliberate upcharge when I am already paying for the milk with the price of the coffee. No wonder why starbucks has seen class action lawsuits and shuttered stores. This location in particular did not communicate to me an upcharge that I had to figure out at the window. Really poor customer service from an establishment I have loyally patronized for over 20 years, and this location specifically for over 8. I will not be back here ever again, and I encourage you all to double check your coffees and receipts to make sure you are getting what you...
Read moreI ordered off of Uber Eats for two drinks and a panini, the Uber Eats driver only had one of the drinks and the food. However when I asked about the missing drink he informed me they cant open sealed bags to verify if the order is indeed correct and that I will have to contact the location I ordered from because they told him he had the full order. I called in the location and informed them of the incomplete order, but the only response I was getting was they cant do anything in regards to the order and that I can just come pick it up considering the drink was in front of them or I can send the driver back to get it. The reason I ordered Uber eats in the first place is because I am at work and cannot leave to go get anything till after my shift, and I told them that the driver had already left and cannot go get the rest of the order due to him having other orders to receive. All I was getting as a response was that they cant do anything about it and I just need to settle the issue with Uber instead. As someone whos been in customer service for years and is a manager for customer service I would not be very pleased if my staff talked to or treated my clients this way. This is concerning for a place of business to have staff with the attitude and mindset of not caring to help or to even offer proper condolences to...
Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks location, and I must say, my experience left much to be desired. The coffee was consistently served at a scalding temperature, making it nearly impossible to hold comfortably. This not only detracted from the enjoyment of the beverage but also raised concerns about safety.
In addition to the temperature issue, the service was disappointingly slow. Waiting times for orders seemed excessively long, leaving me feeling frustrated and impatient. It's important for a coffee shop, especially one as well-known as Starbucks, to provide a more efficient and pleasant experience for its customers.
Overall, while I appreciate Starbucks for its wide variety of coffee options, the consistently too-hot coffee and slow service at this particular location left me with a less-than-satisfactory impression. I hope that these issues can be addressed to enhance the overall customer experience...
