I used to be so proud of this place, but not sure if there are new owners or something. The food quality and amount has gone down by far. Ive eaten there and ordered for delivery many many times. The most recent order I made was a complete let down. I paid $28 for Galbi short ribs and they gave me like half a hand full of mostly fat pieces with chips of bone shredded between. It used to be enough to feed two people but this time I wasn't even full eating it myself, neither satisfied with the flavor. Again not sure if they changed something. I was very upset and let down. So today I tried to order again, this time I wanted to try some other things. I ordered the grilled shrimp meal for $21 which said 9 pieces, how sad I was to realize I just paid $21 whole dollars for them to only give me 6, unseasoned, unpeeled shrimp with a tiny side of white rice.. THE SHRIMP WEREN'T EVEN DEVEINED OR CLEANED OUT... I had to peel them and devein them myself... for $21 dollars I could have bought a big pack of clean deveined shrimp and cooked it with flavor for myself.. I am so upset and I've lost faith entirely in this restaurant. I tried to give it two chances and they still messed it up. I used to look forward to ordering from here, but it feels like they don't care anymore.

The fried pork dumplings were a standout—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. A must-order! The tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) had a bold kick and were wonderfully chewy, though the dish is incredibly heavy and best enjoyed when shared. The tonkatsu ramen offered a comforting, savory broth with perfectly cooked noodles and a crispy pork cutlet, while the Miami Heat roll provided a fresh, flavorful sushi experience with just the right touch of spice. Although the food was delightful, it took a bit of time to arrive at the table. Our waitress, who seemed to be the only one managing the indoor dining area, was doing her best under the circumstances, so while the service was lackluster, it felt understandable. The ambiance was decent but could use improvement. The lighting was a bit too dim for a vibrant dining experience, and the seating wasn’t the most comfortable, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. If you’re in the mood for delicious Asian cuisine and don’t mind a slightly slower pace or a casual setting, this spot is worth a visit. Just be prepared to bring friends to share those heavier dishes!

This place used to be great when they allowed you to cook your own food like a real Korean Restaurant. They are still living in the CoVid world even though everyone else, for most restaurants, has moved on. I am not sure if that affects patronage, but there were never more that two tables occupied while we were there and for most of the time, it was just us. That said, the food was OK, not great, but OK. They do not give you a lot of the Korean meal condiments. Disappointed at that. Also, the one and only sauce they provided had an ant in it, which was pretty gross. So, with all that, I give a rating of 3.

The one positive note was the server. She was pleasant and helpful. Everyone else in the place was just standing around and one of kitchen guys came out to get a coke and he looked like he worked in a greasy diner - which matched the food.

With all the above said, probably won't come back unless they open up the table grills. I have eaten here before under previous owner and said I would never come back. However, it has been a couple of years, so I thought I would try it again. Pretty much same result. If you are looking for Korean bbq, this place is not it. If you are looking for sushi, this place is not it. If you just want Korean food and want it quick, this will do. Not horrible...

worst restaurant experience, food was okay. not anything amazing but it was decent.

i ordered the ja jeong myun and kimbap first and then my friend ordered her food.

my friend is vegetarian and she was asking about the vegetarian ramens, and the waitress had no idea what we meant by pork/chicken/beef broth. she only thought the meat portion was the issue. then my friend got served shin ramen (with beef pieces in it). i think knowing what is vegetarian is a basic responsibility of the waitress. or if she was confused she should have gone to ask the kitchen and gotten back to us. wholly irresponsible.

and in this whole time of having to send back the ramen and getting a new one, my food had still not come out. when asked, the waitress said “oh you ordered something?” and we looked at her confused as hell. at this point it had been about an hour since we ordered, and she had to go put in my order finally (even though i ordered initially?) only brought out my ja jeong my in, totally forgot about the kimbap but that was fine, i didn’t feel like waiting or frankly giving this place any more money.

i don’t know. i like to give people chances but this was just an awful restaurant experience, i wouldn’t come back...
