Pizza King — Restaurant in Pendleton

Messed up lunch carry out order. Wrong items given and overcharged on everything ordered. Ordered 1 stromboli, 1 chicken, bacon ranch and 1 original sub, all 8 inches. Charged for 2-11 inches and 1-8 inch. Received 1 ham and cheese instead of stromboli and chicken bacon ranch had no ranch. When questioning the overcharge they read off the order sheet, not the register so we thought the order was correct only to get back to find all the issues. Resolution offered was a credit or a refund. Accepted refund to then be told we would have to drive the wrong sub back for the refund and that was the policy even if someone gets the wrong item delivered. What?! Assistant manager, Christy finally agreed to give refund but when went to go pick it up the refund was $3 short. Horrible...

Poor customer service at he counter, after every button push, the young man would drop his hand on the counter, as if my purchase was taking too much of his time. 2 kids expediting, discussing how gross the dill butter was at the bottom of the tub, and how it would only take a minute to make more. They did not make more. In fact, they gave us 3 more sauces than we ordered. They forgot to put ham on our meat pizza, and the only solution these 2 kids could come up with was to let my pizza sit on the counter, while they cooked about a dozen pieces of ham and laid them on top of the pizza. Of course by this time, the pizza was barely warm. I'm sitting here watching all of this happen, not knowing it was my own pizza that was sitting on the counter...

My daughter and I waited an hour and 20 minutes..on a Monday evening... after waiting 50 min called and they said driver was leaving to head to us.. then 30 min later our pizza arrived and not the best... then manager wanted to be short and act like I was lying... I do not like to complain and there's been.plenty of times that I should have for this place and others... but with the disrespect you get from management it makes you not want to call and get a deal for next time... so thanks for being so rude pendleton pizza king employee and manager.. while I was polite... and my young daughter waited for her dinner... after I receive my oh so generous 30% off next time I would not recommend this pizza king to anyone or myself......
