Kemper Electric — Local services in Pendleton

I woke up this morning and had no electricity. I called Kemper Electric when they opened and left a message. Within 5 minutes Craig called me back. I explained my situation to him and within another 5 minutes he was at my home. He checked my breaker box and fixed the problem. He also checked my outside meter. I asked him about a problem I was having with a light switch and he fixed that too. While we were in my garage, I noticed my car had a flat tire. I called Fall Creek Tire and Ralph said to call AAA and have my car towed to the shop. After Craig fixed my electrical issues, he took it upon himself to drive home and get his air compressor. He came back and filled my tire with air and then he followed me to Fall Creek Tire to make sure I got there safely. There are no words to express how much I appreciated all of Craig's help this morning. Pendleton is so lucky to have Kemper Electric and Craig Kemper as part of our community. Highly recommend these guys! They were professional, friendly ,and tolerated my 4yo wanting to watch them work lol We had several electrical jobs for them around the house [connecting the wires in fans to add light kits I failed at 🤦🏻‍♀️, switching out old light switches, replaced bathroom exhaust fan, added ceiling fan to our patio (while it was snowing with no complaints!), etc]

They also were only company I called that would come out and give quote without charging just for a quote! When Paul came out to look at work needing done for the quote he fixed what we thought was going to take some diagnostics to figure out the issue that we figured would be most expensive job we needed. He taught us u have to reset the breaker switch by pushing it allll the way over first lol so no charge for our stupid mistake 😂

These will be our go to electrical team for all future needs! Price was also very reasonable for everything we had done and they were very timely, efficient, and communicated...

These guys are our "go-to-electric" with any concerns. We have been doing some remodeling. They did a great job with increasing the size of our service box, updating some electrical switches, installing and relocating a ceiling fan, and other misc. needs.
