Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pendleton

Don't order from this place The food quality is really bad. I waited 40 minutes after ordering from the kiosk inside and then after another 20 minutes they acted like they didn't know that I had ordered so the manager told me that it got sent out the window by accident okay no problem, That's fine re fire it and send it back to me in 5 minutes

So roughly 5 minutes later they come out with my food, I live 2 minutes from this Taco Bell and I'll never eat here again literally never their district manager should go crazy, I ordered my food at around 2:00 pm I got home around 3:00 pm The nacho fries are almost burnt to a crisp.. The four rolled tacos that I ordered are bone dry too! The chicken inside of the quesadilla dry.. no cheese inside of my cheesy burrito.. and the ground beef is dry dry.

I would walk back over there for the $30 that I spent but I feel like I would just argue the whole time and nothing would get done.. It would be unproductive.

So I'm going to skip going back to this Taco Bell ever.. I don't care if people order me food from there I'm not going to get anything because I don't want to waste other people's money.

It always seems like when you go into places like this they seem really friendly... It's not until you see the customers walking in the door talking to the girls behind the counter and the guys, that's when you know something's wrong... This is a place of employment If you want to fraternize and socialize you should go home and do that.. not look at me and laugh while I'm sitting there for 40 minutes to an hour talking with your friends.

I'm done with you Taco Bell Pendleton I gave you a chance for 2 years to get better and you guys are never going to get better! So I mean this when I say it you can close up shop and I won't care because I'm done getting burned by a company that doesn't take care of their...

I had lunch there today and wish I hadn’t. Normally I use the drive through but opted for inside dining today. The kiosk ordering was easy for me but a fellow patron was struggling for several minutes before and after me. I couldn’t help but think someone should be watching and offering assistance, if needed. To management-all patrons do not have the same adaptability to enhanced devices, let’s be inclusive. I could not hear the orders being called out due to the blasting music. I was a lone diner today but would have had difficulty hearing a table mate if I had one. I called the store from my table to ask for the music to be turned down, but it wasn’t answered. It appeared only 2-3 staff were working at peak lunch time. My food was cool to touch, perplexing because the orders did not appear to be stacked up for pick up. The place was dirty: floors, tables, food prep area, soft drink dispenser and the condiment counter. The dining room was not packed and the drive through was average (by my estimation) for a weekday. I feel the staff were doing the best they could in the situation they had at hand, this is clearly a management...

I will never go back to this Taco Bell in Pendleton. It has the worst GM manager with the worst smart mouth, belligerent woman who has got blonde hair. She has absolutely no class whatsoever. She has absolutely no respect for the customer. We ordered $60 worth of food on Saturday night Sunday morning And the food was cold. We had no nacho cheese. We were told that they shut the store down without nacho cheese or when they run out so people I’m warning you now worst service worst place to get your food and we had to place it through a mobile app when we were clearly you know speaking to the young man inside the speaker. He was cool but like this GM she don’t need to have that job.
