So far, so good. The customer service is great!. Just dropped off my vehicle. I will update after we can see/feel the finished products. (Late update): The window tinting and rain guard have been flawless with no bubbles wrinkles or adhesion issues at all. Top notch. Unfortunately AND fortunately, they were unable to do the remote start on my car. The unfortunate part is I really wanted a remote start, however this is not possible due to manufacturing and technical issues that are not commonly known. I now know of these issues because Adam very graciously and patiently explained with and educated me how it works then why the remote start was not recommended. He said it's possible, but the version of year & model (yes, that's a thing) would likely freak out if the unit was "forced" and that he wasn't comfortable with that kind of install work (Not his exact words, but the gist). I was disappointed, however very comfortable with and grateful for his honesty. Enter the "Fortunate" part...my son-in-law has an suv version of the exact same vehicle. Same production year and even cpu unit. He (wanting to "keep up with the Joneses") decided he wanted a remote start as well. He went to some other (definitely not "above board) installer who did the "forced" method. As a result, on multiple occasions, I've had to go rescue him, having been stranded by freaked out vehicle. Ordered a color coordinated camper/cap for a new pickup. Tricked out when above and beyond to get it delivered and on the truck for an important (to me) trip out of state. They were great. And worked to resolve the issue when Leer dropped the ball.

If Leer manufacturing is paying attention. I can order a $1 part from across the globe and I will receive text update for every step of the process from order confirmation, schedule, manufacturing date, shipping schedule, and every time it changes trucks, airplanes and customs, and when it will arrive I get a text. I spent $4,000 on this cap and you don't even have a phone number where I can talk to a person. I did find an email but you wanted Information I did not have before you would even take a look . You can do better, give it a try. If this represents the best in American manufacturing we are doomed...

UPDATE: I replaced my chipped side window. Even the Safelite guy said my ceramic tint was amazing! Adam got me in quickly. There was a dramatic difference in temperature in my car with just one untinted window. The ceramic tint has spoiled me! Definitely worth the small price difference.

WOW! Outstanding experience! The staff is very professional and friendly. Adam answered all my questions. He also gave me a choice of different price points, he didn't automatically go to the most expensive product they sell. They installed the tint today, I got the 20% nano ceramic. The tint job is beautiful! I couldn't be happier. I got a quality product at a reasonable price from a local business. I have already recommended them to family and friends. Give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed....
