Dunkin' — Restaurant in Penn Township

I’d give zero stars if I could, on 12/01/24 I entered the store around 11:15 due to heavy drive tru traffic. I waited in line to get my order the poorly trained girls in front taking orders was taking forever cause they didn’t know where a drink was under a simple pos system that even customers can use, using the kiosk. I order the same signature latte as the gentleman in front of me through the kiosk and food, I received my latte and felt cold outside the cup I proceeded to take a sip and was welcomed with a foul, disgusting sour, asparagus taste from a caramel latte, what did they use dirty sink water for my drink with whip cream on top? Like come on. So I proceeded to get a refund where I was shorted 2$, I went back to the location to retrieve the rest of my refund, instead of the manager being sympathetic or having an empathy, I was greeted with a rude ignorant manager with tattoos id give a name but I don’t remember due to being so upset by being told to “never come back to this location”. So unless you like a poorly managed, unsympathetic, and unhealthy unprofessional Dunkin’ Donuts I wouldn’t recommend this location at all poor service over all. I’ve lived in the area for a few years now, so this was my go-to Dunkin when I would go. I’ve gone a few times over the past few weeks and there always seemed to be an issue with my order. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient because they are SO busy in the mornings. But when I order something specific and it’s missing or not there, it’s not my fault if you have to take a minute to put whipped cream on my drink when it’s clearly on the label. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, but I don’t appreciate the slight attitude when my order isn’t made right. Another recent issue seems to be burning my bagel when I ask for it to be toasted light. The issues only seem to be over the last month or so, so I hope they can work it out so the labels and order tickets are...

There was a time that I would go here for coffee nearly every morning. The quality of service has steadily declined over the past year or two. If you can avoid this location, I recommend you do so.

UPDATE Over the years the quality of service has declined as the more competent employees have left. Now this location actually causes traffic jams because they're so slow and only sometimes open the inside. They don't close the inside because of COVID, no, they close it because they don't keep enough staff to manage it...or the staff they have is too incompetent to manage it.
