I stop in the Westfield Ave. tonight when I got off work to get a pizza. when I first walked in I looked at the menu and noticed there were no prices on the menu nor up on the board menu, so I had to asked the worker (female) what was the price she then had to look up price on the register, I then asked her for the price for a few other items and her response was I have no ideal again she had to look it up on the register (unbelievable). So then I asked about my pizza order was it being prepared---now mind you 10 or 15 minutes had already passed, and she said no not yet so I said well how long will it be she said about 20 minutes "I'm the only one here" at this point I'm pretty much done so I cancelled my order and walked out. The first problem was there were no prices on the menu, I don't know but I really never that prices are usually on a menu. Second the female worker was ignorant no work ethics or professional, She should have said to me (I'm sorry but it will about 20 minutes due to I'm the only one here). It's almost like her actions were done purposely. I had to pull every answer from her, again UNBELIEVABLY!!! I don't know who the owners or managers are but I hope there reading this. Who knows they may not even care. I'm been seeing a lot of this. It doesn't matter how large or small a business is Professionalism, Work Ethics and Courtesy among other things should always be EXERCISED especially when your spending your Money. I was never a big fan of that location. With all that being said I really hope these issues will be addressed. The location only received an overall rating of 3 most of the reviews...
Read moreYeah. My nephew wanted pineapples on his pizza. It's been years since I've been on Westfield Avenue there for Pizza. I walked down to Fabrizio's to get "a slice". Also on the same night I went and got a Little Caesars pizza.
So.. liked Fabrizio's better. I don't know if the family managing the shop nowadays is from the Fabrizio family. The Little Ceasars was OK. It's fast when you want something really quick. But you have to look at the pizza before you walk out the door. There isn't always consistency in the pizza quality.
This location is very busy on a Saturday night. Domino's there has a nice monitor in the store to let you know the progress of your order. Online, they have better deals and prices when walking in the door. The online process for orders can be a little cumbersome.
The Domino's, to my liking, doesn't usually have...
Read moreI wasn't going to post this, I tried calling the location FIRST...was caught up in their calling queue. kept pressing #1 to talk to someone..but the commercials kept playing for 5 minutes. I Ordered a Gluten Free Pizza with extra cheese and sausage. They Over Cooked the Pizza AGAIN- seems ALL Their location Do This. What made it WORSE was I had a HAIR on one of the slices. Don't they wear Hair nets any more??? SEE BOTH PHOTOS ATTACHED. This probably would have been resolved with a phone call, however their commercial are most important than the customers issues and complaints. I am VERY Dissatisfied!! I paid $20.51 for a 10" pizza & they didn't get it right. I should be offered my money back or a coupon for a FREE GF Pizza. They would not allow the the photos...
