Burger King — Restaurant in Pennsville Township

I used to run 2 sonic drive INS years ago and I had a 5 star rating. How I accomplished that was my employees were trained to take the order and repeat it back. I ordered 3 American chicken sandwiches,2 cheeseburgers,large onion rings and a spicy chicken sandwich and a coke. So after I said the order to her she said for here or to go. I was by myself in the the lobby because I'm thinking that this would be complicated to order through drive thru. So I went inside. I started to laugh and I said 'you think I'm going to eat all that myself!' So as I'm waiting she said we were just waiting for the Mexican chicken sandwich so I look at the menu on the board and I don't see a Mexican sandwich. So I told her I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. She said I thought you wanted a Mexican sandwich. I said nope spicy chicken. Apparently there is a difference. I work here, and i am quite picky about my food service so I will review this place as an employee and a person who eats here off the clock. I have high expectations about any place i dine at. Common mistakes I get annoyed about is rude people, filthy common areas, and food that is dry...yes dry sandwiches and food that's prepared the way i didn't order it. As an employee: The managers that I encounter on a day to day basis are awesome. They truly care about the customers and give me a reason to share in that common goal. Some of those people are Donna, Daryl, David and Denise. I will admit the work is more than what people can see from the outside looking in. As a person who eats here when not on the clock and before I started working here: The bathrooms are pristine! It's crazy that their restroom is clean and very cute. The lobby is usually clean and decent. The service is fast and the food is great. Occasionally the drive thru gets a little backed up. But i would rate it 4.5 stars all...

So tonight my boyfriend and I decided to go to Burger King in Pennsville New Jersey. When we walked in it seemed that all the staff members did not want to take our order. Not only were the stuff in the back messing around and laughing but the staff member that was upfront did not take our order at first. At first my boyfriend and I waited until a staff member approached us to take our order, after waiting a few minutes my boyfriend and I decided to ask to have her order taken. Once our order was done we received our food. Not only was the burger thrown on the Patty, it was old and shriveled. To avoid conflict my boyfriend and I decided to throw the food in a bag, throw it in the trashcan and leave. It is a shame that this Burger King has gone downhill. My boyfriend and I will never intend on eating at Pennsville Burger...
