This place was amazing when Dr.Patel was working there, now i wouldnt send my dog there. The new doctor that took over for him has ignored all my diagnosis, judged me, took me off the medication that i need to function daily and made me lose my job. Very unprofessional and unethical. She had judged me because of my past, and the reason of my past was due to not being diagnosed with the conditions dr.patel helped me address, so i was self medicating. until dr. patel saved my life and put me on the right medications that work for me. It took trying out several different kinds but we finally got it, now this woman comes in and in one visit just takes me off my medicine, i lost my job as a paralegal bc i couldnt function without my medication. I am now in a deep depression and 10xs worse than i have ever been. She has made me regress and literally ruined my life. Like i said i wouldnt send my dog here. and Im not the only one she has done this too. I have several friends and family that seen dr.patel and when DR. CANVER took over it was the worst thing they could have ever done. so i wouldnt suggest going there unless you want to be judged, and have your life literally ruined, i cant even function becuase shes messed my medications up so bad. I've been coming to Cooper since I was a Teenager. I used to see Doc Auerbach . He was Awesome. Such a selfless person. He helped my Son that had Leukemia before he died. I will be forever grateful to him. The staff and other Doctors mean so much to me. They are professional and careing. Of course there's a waiting time . They are good at what they do. You will not leave without being cared for. If people stay with cooper system long enough they would see what I see. I have only been in the area for a couple years and I decided to go here for my primary and other specialists. So far I have been able to see three specialists at same location,this has made it very convenient. In addition, i love the docs that i see, they actually talk to the others and this consolidation of my care has been invaluable. The Cooper My Chart app allows me to see labs, xrays and med notes. When other offices were closed during covid, they re-opened (with all covid requirements). I can't say enough about the staff- they have put up with my tardiness&mood swings - always caring and respectful....
