I walked in an immediately saw the receptionist’s mask below her nose. I hesitated and thought about walking out but I didn’t. I walked up to the window and without speaking the receptionist pointed to the machine. I was unaware of the procedure of using the machine to sign in. I said to her excuse me and again without speaking she pointed to the machine. I did figured it out. At the end of the process it indicated if I wanted to wait in my vehicle to add a contact number so someone could call me when it was my turn. I added my phone number because I didn’t feel save in the waiting room. There were others ahead of me and one person was coughing. After finishing with the machine I looked for hand sanitizer and couldn’t believe there was NONE. I approached the receptionist, mask still below her nose and advised her I was waiting in my car. Her response was “there is no one here that will come out to get you”. I told her I left my number to be called. She stated “you can wait in here no one will contact you if you leave”. No one to wipe chairs, processing machine, door knobs, no sanitizer and a rude receptionist with no regard for others health. Never again! I would give it a zero but the gentleman that drew my blood was extremely professional. The only issue I had is I was unsure if the armrest had been sanitized or the chair. So when he walked back out of the room I took their alcohol wipes and a paper towel and wiped the chair and...

I had never been to this particular labcorp before... when I walked in the lights where off but automatically came on when the door opened the worker behind the desk had her head laid on the desks and looked like she was half asleep... I walked up to the window she rolled her eyes and said to me in a smart manner that I had to sign in on the kiosk over there as she put it... I explained to her again that I had never been to that particular labcorp before so i didnt know... she said it's ok but with an attitude.. so I took my paperwork and I left... I will not be treated in a rude manner... and first of all if she was so sleepy or tired the boss should've told her to clock out and go home so that she doesn't have to lay on the desk and that be the first image the patients get when they walk in.... trust if I could give them 0 stars on the count of there rude employee I would.... I think she was mad that I walked in at 230 PM when they...
Read moreMade appt yesterday for 11am today (12/5). Couldn’t get there until 12:15. While attempting to check in, I used your digital identifier. Apparently this just makes me a walk-in. So what happened was, I sat there for a half hour and nobody in that room Had any idea where the attendant was. I asked them all if it was lunchtime. No one knew anything. Soon as I stand up to go talk to the lady behind the glass just so happens, she calls an appointment. It’s not my appointment, but she don’t know that. She looks at me and asks my name, and says you don’t have an appointment. She was terribly curt. Almost like I was bothering her.
Finally, I’ve had enough 3-4 questions, Of her, trying to find out where I fit in. I tried to explain to her, But she kept on cutting me short. So I walked out. I was flaming mad. Never have I been treated so shabby. Consider this a complaint and I wanna make sure I’m not charged for This because I do not trust her. Never...
