Sadly this isn't going to be a good review. My experience with KFC/Taco Bell (shared store) started last night. I got there at 10 35 pm. This is 25 minutes to closing time, I know. KFC's website says they are open to 11pm on Wednesdays. So does their sign at the store. But when I walked it they told me the Lobby was closed and I would have to go through drive through. I explained my window doesn't work and also it say 11pm on the door. The Male cashier told me he would take my order inside then. I wanted KFC but at this point he tells me they "stop selling KFC at 10pm every night, only Taco Bella products are available right now. I left as I didn't want tacos. I know by this alone that the employees are following regulations. If the hours are to 11pm that means the doors are open and both store are still serving until 11pm. This alone had me upset. But I still went back today with my partner as I was still in the mood for chicken. It was about 6:30pm when we arrived. The store had 3 ordering customers in it. The wait to place our order wasn't long be then we sat there for over 25 min waiting for our food. The floors were sticky as was the counters and bars for the line, which was gross enough. But looking behind the counter into the kitchen, we noticed three people handling and making food with out gloves on at all. One person only had one glove on. There was only two people who were handling food who actually had their cloves on. The person making and wrapping sandwiches had no gloves on. The manager had no gloves on and continued to go back and forth between the food station and the cash register with out gloves. The worker who was actually supposed to be on the register also would go back and forth between stations with out gloves. This is a huge health code violation. This place is lucky we weren't secret shoppers for corporate or the Health Services. It would have been shut down instantly. So...
Read moreWow! What can I say. I've traveled a lot. I've been to many many Taco Bells all over the United States. This was hands-down, the worst I've ever been too. I would have given it a half star, but I can't apparently do that. To start off, taking my order was day enough, but I literally waited over 20 minutes to get my food! There were only two people in line ahead of me. I think the drive through was hopping and stood there and watched then make 7 or 8 orders that went to the cars. So finally, they called my number. Yes! Ok, they forgot my nachos. "Oh, here it is" sitting in done back corner apparently. Shoot, it has beef, I specifically said beans instead of beef. Take it back. Here's another. It had also apparently been made and was sitting in a back corner getting soggy and cold. My wife starts to eat her bean burrito that we'd asked without onions. Surprise! It has onions. Take that back and asked for a burrito without onions and realize they've never given us our red sauce on the side, which they'd also charged us for. Which no other Taco Bell charges us for. So now we finally have all our food. Absolutely terrible. Beans were cold and undercooked. The chips on my nachos are soggy which was probably okay since they tasted terrible anyway. My wife had also gotten some potato wedges from the KFC which were actually okay and the second burrito they made for her was actually okay as well. I actually asked for my money back which I have never done at any restaurant ever, fast food or otherwise. Avoid at all costs. It is definitely...
Read moreHad to give one star or I wouldn't have. Went here for the KFC, got my order, a box of 3 pieces of original recipe with mashed potatoes and gravy. Driving home, stuck my hand in the box to grab a piece and got a handful of potatoes and gravy. Had to pull over turn on a light and look, to find out the bottom of the container was broken on the mashed, and it was all over the inside of the box, all over everything. It looked gross, pieces of the Styrofoam container were in the food, I couldn't eat the potatoes. Tried to salvage the chicken, but was so grossed out, I barely ate it. It honestly appeared that someone returned this and had dropped it or something. I had asked if it was possible to get a meal that was just chicken and potatoes bc I don't eat the bread or drink soda, rather than buy separate pcs, and the guy was like sure I have that, and gave it to me quick, like it was all ready, and considering it was barely warm and damaged, ugh just gross. If it wasn't the drive thru, and I hadn't driven far toward home already, or lived closer, I would have gone back. I considered calling or going there next time I was nearby, but decided, after the fact, w/o seeing it, who would believe it? I will NEVER get food there again. I'm...
