I really love Vietnamese food 😋 And this little business does it well. But can I give a shout out to the lady (shame on me for not asking her name) who works there, she is a doll. Always smiling, always thoughtful and she always remembers me. It's a pleasure to see her. The food here is delicious, fresh, I feel good eating it. I ordered the fried fish and it was fried perfectly. Crisp, hot and well seasoned, I could eat it every day and I don't eat fried food often. So I went back the next day, this time I had the rice bowl with char siu pork. I'm a spice fiend so I had her kick it up a notch for me. It was delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful with just enough spice to make me sweat a little. It came with jasmine rice and a small salad. I also ordered spring rolls with pork and shrimp, it came with peanut sauce for dipping. The meal was soo filling that I was able to save some for the next day along with 2 spring rolls. The truck is located in the parking lot of Docs Hop Shop, so you can take your food inside and have a brew or 2 as you enjoy your meal. And trust me, you will definitely enjoy your meal and the awesome service.

We hit up Di Da Vietnamese food truck yesterday. First, I want to say these are some of the nicest, sweetest people you will meet! Now, on to the food... my wife ordered the chicken with rice and chose to get fried rice. The to go container requires two hands it's so loaded down! Chicken is juicy and flavorful. The rice is light on the palate, typical of Vietnamese food. Sorry, no picture of her food. She also ordered the sesame balls for a dessert. Although I'm not a huge fan, they aren't bad and my wife absolutely loves them! I ordered the Banh Mi with chicken and it was outstanding! Full of fresh, vibrant veggies and that same juicy chicken. It's a big sandwich so go hungry or plan on having leftovers! Picture posted is after a couple of bites were taken out and you can see how big and full this sandwich is. I highly recommend you stop by sometime and give them a shot, you won't be disappointed! While you wait, grab a beer from Gulf Coast Brewery, several of their beers pair nicely with those fresh flavors :)

Okay so... This is going to be a long review: I would consider myself a foodie, now I'm a pregnant foodie who really only wants asian food lol 🤰🏽 🍜 🥢 🍵 ❤️ First off, pricing 👌🏼 I bought a bahn mi, stir fry noodles, AND spring rolls. FOR $23!!! Second, taste & portion🔥 The spring rolls were so fresh & the peanut sauce was delicious (and deff home made). The bahn mi, FRESH deliciousness FULL of chicken 😭 And the pork stir-fry noodles... SHEESH! The pork was so tender and flavorful. No too much in the noodles, just cabbage & pork. YUM! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 LASTLY, environment & service 👑🍃 Well, I love food trucks. Not a ton of places to sit but it's too hot for all that anyhow. The lady was SO sweet! She was the only one in there cookin' up a storm. There were 3 others in front of me and I only waited for mine about 15 minutes. Anyways, if you haven't, GO EAT AT DI DA!

Delicious fresh food, amazing prices, great portions, and the best service! My favorites are the fried sesame balls (addicted), coffee, tofu banh mi, and tofu noodles. Everything is made to order, comes out super hot and fresh, tastes like love. Vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options. You've gotta try the sesame balls! I get three orders and snack on them throughout the week with the help of an air fryer, they're my comfort food, I'm so grateful for them and Di Da.

The owner, Nga, is one of the kindest people I've ever met. We've become true friends over my several months of visiting for many many orders of sesame balls. Most days as I sit and wait for my food, I see the other customers/regulars that come have just as close a connection with her- I hear her ask them about their lives and I see them bring their friends- it all speaks for itself. This is one of my favorite places to be these days, not only for the food. Thank you so much for your kindness and cooking Nga!...
