This rating only applies when Katie is working. Which it typically morning shift. I say this because when you go in the morning/lunch everything is running smooth and you get your order and it's typically correct. If you go when shew not there (like at night). You'll be standing there waiting for an order (which you can see from the counter) and a bunch of workers just staring at you ignoring you even though the order you came to pick up is literally right behind the counter and finished ready to go. Yesterday night I had to ask the young male manager I seen on duty if I could just go back behind the counter and grab my bag and he got onto the employees and they 100% knew I was there but they all said "I'm not front counter." I was aggravated yesterday night and almost gave this store a 1 star rating bc of that BUT....Katie saves the day here. This 5 star rating os because of her and only applies to the service I've received when she's working. Read moreOne of the worst experiences at this McDonald's I've had to date. I pull up to order with no one in front or behind me. Let me just say that the lady that took my order was very nice. I order a Pico guacamole chicken sandwich. Pull up to the window and pay and then I wait. A few minutes later I am told to pull up to the waiting area. 10 minutes later I'm slightly irritated and hungry and shut off my car. I walk inside to the restaurant where there is no one in the dining area and my food is sitting in a bag on the counter. At this time the manager, assistant manager, whoever is on duty, comes forward and says "is this your food?" My response was yes, this is my food and I have been waiting 10 minutes for it. I assumed at the very least it would be hot and that's the reason it took so long but unfortunately it wasn't. I live two minutes up the road and I had to microwave it. I waited for someone to ring me up while a shift manager walked by and didn't call anyone to the counter. But, she stop and ask a crew member why everyone needs to use the bathroom when the poor kid asked to use it politely. Needless to say the girl just went back to work. Finally, the girl who took my order who was great, was in training and accidently cashed my order out instead of accepting my card. The same shift manager was very condescending to the associate and seemed like it was a big hassle to deal with her and me and my order. Then walked away without speaking to me.
