Had a horrible experience Wrong food wrong cost wrong everything Called customer service Waited over an hour 30+ people were in front of me Yes I waited.really angry teenager at home that waited all day and then got wrong food. Inside was CLOSED WAS DRIVE THRU ONLY - NEVER NEVER DOING THIS AGAIN NEVER WAS FIRST LAST ONLY TIME WILL EVER do such a thing. Drive thru waited 20+ minutes Easy order 2 count 2 Baconators Received son of baconators not what ordered That wasn't what was actually in our bag Was some sort of cheeseburgers with omg onions and pickles The one thing we never get on his burgers!! I never have issues at mc Donald's because you can go inside at least to order if not to eat. Drive thru is awful Just try playing telephone like the kids do You will end different than you started Baconators Do not come with onions or pickles Unless you were to ask for it to be added!

Well it's still not okay No one called me to credit back the disaster yesterday which I was told would happen by phone today. Am I upset? You have no idea how much and listening to my husband on top of this well.
The entire time I was on hold your message kept telling me all the wonderful things you are doing for foster children, that worries me that worries me a whole lot.
When you can not fix problems within your own corporation about a lousy hamburger issue. Imy to believe you are helping children. What is happening to the children you are caring for and problems they could be having?? That kept going through my mind the entire hour plus while I was on hold. A company this size is having trouble fielding calls for their franchises, how on earth are they caring for emotionally needed children who could be trying to reach out to them or even be in need?
That's what worries me. You see I am carrying for a very needy teen, one who lost his parents one year ago May. As his grandmother I know how difficult it can be and just over what is on his hamburger or trying to get him to eat every day

Sometimes fast food, hamburgers, pizzas, things like that are a solution a substitute to help aid in a pending crisis for these kids. Not if it the food is wrong and causes things to be worse. They're aren't enough people, or people just don't care to show up those excuses they don't fly in trouble kids world.

Read moreWe used the Wendy's app to place our order because they have some good offers exclusively available online. The app told us to go to the drive thru and tell them we had a mobile order. When we drove to the drive through speaker, they told us they had no mobile orders. I told them I would drive to the window anyways. When I got to the window, the manager was rude and told me that they didn't have any mobile orders. She asked which address we had used for the restaurant. I confirmed it was her address and tried to show her but she wouldn't even look. She reaffirmed that they didn't have a mobile order. When my wife asked if they could just fill the order, she said no that would be giving away free food and she couldn't do that. She also said she wasn't in charge of the app. She said we were welcome to pull forward and wait to see if the order went through. I pulled forward and cancelled the order. We will not be going back to this location. So much for the customer being right.
Updated 6/3/22 - this location still struggles. Again I used the app. I selected curbside pickup. I notified them when I arrived and sat there for 5 minutes waiting. I finally went in and my order was sitting there because the one cashier had to do the curbside as well. When I checked the order, my plain double stack had cheese on it. They made me a new one. Read moreIdk what was swrong with the manager lady but I went through the drive-thru and she asked me to pay the correct amount and then ended up bringing me up for the wrong order which was for a lesser amount and when I tried to explain it to her she did not want to listen and asked me to full pull forward. I did not pull forward and I explained to her again that she gave me the right order because I paid for the wrong order. It didn't make any sense! We were all in one car and had two different orders... She then explained to me that it's better for me. She would give me my food for free and wouldn't ring me up and I told her that that's not free because I still ended up paying for the other people's order. What logic does that make?...
