Arby's — Restaurant in Peoria

I don't go to Arbys often, for no particular reason, honestly, I just forget about it because it's not near the circle I live and travel in, lol. But this location, on Allen Road in Peoria, Illinois...was fantastic!!! The gentleman, I was told his name was Tim, who took my order was so unbelievably friendly and professional. He reminded me of growing up in the South where you "Yes Ma'am" every female, he let me ask questions and change my order several times, I can be quite indecisive, lol. The young lady at the window, Michelle, was just as friendly and helpful. Also answering questions I had, asking if I wanted any sauces, laughing with me about my indecisiveness while I waited for my food. And the food was DELICIOUS!!! Hot and tasty. I've never had a problem with Arby's food, it's always been good but my chicken sandwich, my husband's brisket sandwich, and my daughters ham and cheese sliders were so good, maybe it was the staff experience!! I will frequent this location now for sure. I told the young lady how wonderful I thought they were. I hope management sees this and appreciates...

I went in here today for lunch. Upon receiving my food, I walked to the condiment station. There were two. One on the left and one on the right. I walked to the one Right. Upon pressing the lever for sauce I noticed at least forty to fifty knats or whatever they are (fruit flies) fly off of this when I went to get sauce. Yuck. I brought it to the attention of the manager on duty , who. Acted like it was nothing, told me she'd send someone over to address it. We used the condiment section On the left as it had no bugs. We ate in. We watched as someone wiped off the counter but never removed that condiment station. Upon leaving, I walked back to that condiment station and the same amount of fruit flys (bugs) flew off it when I pushed the lever. I'm sorry I ate here. I should've asked for my money back and left. I truly hope myself or son do not get sick. This...

Since COVID, & no ordering inside, their drive thru process should be flawless. Check your bags.

We got zero drinks for 3 kids meal. Discovered that first thing should receive are the drinks. We waited over 7 minutes for our food (no complaints) as we had a larger order. Nobody was ahead of us in the drive thru. I should have already had drinks. Passing this detail to others.

Spent $45 and horrible service. Soda machine is working. Suggested putting a sign out. Was told it just broke. Watch the entire staff laughing about the idea. Dancing etc...
