Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Peoria

I am only giving one star because i have too! My son and I went to the mall he loves Auntie Anne’s this is the 5th time in the last month we have gone and they have no food in the case and told 10-15 minute wait for pretzels. It was 2:00 on a Sunday!! That’s not all today we walk up get in line the rude sales girl says we have no pretzels it will be at 10-15 minutes wait I said ok I will wait she told me I need to get out of line and leave and before i could say something the person behind me said what did she say and I told her that they were out of pretzels and it would be a 10-15 minutes. The guy behind her said she told us that 30 minutes ago and they still have nothing in the case. So then I left went to a few stores and came back there was a line waited again in line two people were served this time by someone else. Then the guy that waited over 30 minutes before was getting his pretzel after a 1 hour wait because he placed a online order that is how he got his food. Then the lady in front of me was trying to get served they told her they are not serving anyone until they filled the case with everything. So by now there was 15 people inline and two little girls walked up to the counter and said can we get some pretzels the staff told them to go around back of the store where the employee go to get one. They did and came back out with a pretzel by then everyone in line was upset. Then the girls mom comes around walks in back a few minutes later walks out and asked us why we were all in line everyone said we were waiting for pretzels by then there was 15 pretzels and a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzels bits. Everyone told her we were told we had to wait until the case was full before they could serve us the rude little girl began yelling at the people in line saying we were lying. The lady with the two daughters then told the rude staff to sell us what was in the case. This is so ridiculous either you fire the staff that you have because they don’t want to work or you have the franchise owner close it because this isn’t the 1st time this has happened and it’s been happening for a while now and it makes a bad name for...

Was excited the night before to come to get a pretzel on a date, showed up about 2 minutes before they open, figured we would just wait in line no biggie? Seemed kinda rude, the lady working yelled "to" us like we shouldn't even be standing there, so they tell us fifteen minutes, Come back, they don't have pepperoni which is no problem, the girl im with was gonna get classic flavor, I was gonna let her try pepperoni, well they tell us, another fifteen minutes, so half hour walking around the mall, no problem, come back, they got classic pretzels and brown cinnamon bites, nothing else, which is fine, but I wasn't in the mood for pretzels now, and the initial interaction kinda killed the hype. Good pretzels, but meh, don't up talk the place before...

I didn't even to give them a star this place is terrible! I waited in a long line because the people were very slow... Then when I got up I ordered a strawberry smoothie and a mango smoothie and mini pretzel dogs waited for at least 10 minutes and finally got them but then they tasted terrible with barley any fruit and they just tasted like bad juice then we waited another 10 minutes for the pretzel dogs then they gave us theses weird nuggets so we gave them back and 10 Minutes later we get a big pretzel dog which is not what we ordered..... We finally got mini pretzel dogs 30 minutes later and they were burnt the girl with the oarnge hair was very rude too and blamed it on me talking wrong which I didn't just don't go here this...
