Attention Owners of Bosa I have made a few recent trips to Bosa donuts on saturday/Sunday mornings and I use the drive through this is the 3rd week in a row I'm having a few issues with the order and now I'm questioning why I would keep coming back here? All of my orders are small a couple donuts coffee a croissant breakfast sandwhich that's it I make the order no questions it seems good I go up to the drive through window and usually how it starts the second the window opens is hey sorry what was your order again and I will have to repeat it or explain exactly what the order was (last trip it was twice at the drive through window) seriously it's not complicated and then I usually get handed a huge handful of sugar and creamer packets... Where am I putting all these? You can't put them.in the bag with the food? The coffee is not even filled all the way maybe less than 3/4 of a cup? I get handed the order it looks good even the tag on it says it's right I get home and get it set up to eat open the croissants supposed to be egg and cheese (wifes a vegitarian)and it's ham and cheese no egg? Second croissant supposed to be bacon egg and cheese nope it's a sausage and egg? Seriously I call to get my order fixed they ask for a receipt I never signed for anything just got my card handed back that's it no receipt
The week prior I had just ordered a few dozen donut holes and a pink sprinkle get home 1 dozen donut holes and a vanilla flavour donut that time I had a receipt but I still had to drive all the way back and not even an apology just here ya go and leave
We will not be visiting this establishment any more
No thanks...
Read moreEarlier this morning I had to back out of the drive thru at Bosa Donuts on 75th and Cactus because they were taking way too long. I was in the drive thru nearly 15 minutes with no movement in the line. I went inside to see what the problem was and there were people working there who did not care about customer service. They were taking their sweet time and completely unorganized as a crew, on top of the fact when I asked, they were very rude. So my kids and I left. We went to Rainbow Donuts on 28th Drive and Cactus. They were kind and accomodating, even gave my 2 year old a free donut afterwards even though he didn't need it, as we had already made our purchase. Good customer service all around. Also, I ordered the same exact thing...2 ham and cheese croissants and 12 donut holes and they were about $5 less than the amount BoSa charges. Just thought I would share with my neighbors. I like supporting businesses that have good customer service, kind, and considerate of people, taking care of customers in a timely manner and don't rip off customers with greed. Especially in these hard times for certain families that just want to enjoy a donut with their kids without having to...
Read moreThere's an employee that works in there I go in there picking up doordash orders she's always in a black shirt and she wears glasses she's really rude but she tries to cover it but she can't she's got a bad attitude with customers I've noticed it the past like three times I've been in there she tries to make doordashers way all the way in the back of the line just because she's mad that she's working and it's not a good atmosphere to go in and it's not nice to make dasher's way all the way in the back of the line especially if those customers ordered first which they did because you're making the customers that's already ordered prior you're making them wait even longer for their food for you to help customers that barely came in to order but someone needs to work on her and her customer service because you're going to lose customers that way and it's not nice to be that way towards people you're not supposed to argue with customers even if a customer says something you shouldn't be...
