We were very excited to go to this escape room. However, once we got there, the air conditioning was not working in the rooms. We did the saving Wonderland escape room. We did it for the kids that were visiting. None of the clues would show up for us even though we did everything correctly. The attendee that was there advised us that yes the room was having a few issues and sometimes it was working and sometimes it wasn’t. This was very frustrating since we were doing all the things we needed to do to get out of the room and we weren’t provided with the clues to help us along our way. I am thankful that I got the Groupon package for this escape room because I would’ve been very upset. Had I paid the original price of $36 per person since there was nine of us. I think to improve the quality of this escape room, there needs to be a signal when you get all the answers and are provided with a clue. We were advised by the attendee, that there was only a click that you could hear to open a box. I think instead there should be a light or something in a black lit room to show you whether the clue box was open or not. I think this is much better than just hearing a click when you have fans going and the fans are making so much noise that you can’t hear anything even the person reading the info for you to follow on the IPad. Again, would have been more fun if the room wasn’t 90 degrees and things worked sometimes but...
Read moreWe just recently did the nuclear meltdown theme escape room. We were told that this was the most difficult room with only a 30% success rate. Its a cool idea for a room. The room itself could use some TLC. We were told not to move any of the furniture or posters so that left us to figure out how to open coded locks. That's great and all, but we had no direction of what to look for. Usually in escape rooms you get clues or if they see you struggling they'll help you out. Myself and several others in our group asked for clues multiple times and were given none at all. We just assumed that for this more difficult room we must not get clues. We managed to make almost all the way to the end abd ran out of time. The reason why I'm giving this one star is because when the guy came back in to tell us how from where we were what else we would have had to do and he was like 'why didn't you guys ask for clues?' So we were indeed supposed to get clues! The teenager working the front was not paying attention to our group. It ruined my...
Read moreStopped by on a Tuesday, I made before the 7:15 pm cut off time. Our group consisted of a party of four: My 2 brothers,Myself and a friend. The owner was super hospitable and even offered us if we needed to use the restroom before had because it was timed for 1 hour challenge.
Super detailed explanation, we chose the doll house room. Some individuals think it might be creepy and scary but I grew up collecting porcelain dolls so more vintage Victorian feel for me. The clues consisted a handheld table and no penalty to use them. We had a slow start and only used the clues 3 times and completed 18 min ahead of time.
The last clue really tested our numbers skills so glad we could use our cell phones ! Had 1 handheld buttery and 2 black lights so I suggest you take advantage of this and were able to complete clues ahead of order. 13 haunted clues to escape the dollhouse.
The owner was kind enough to take our photo in the escape room. Excellent experience would go again for a...
