First- this is the worst JITB in town! Went thru drive thru at 1245on 3/6/25 ordered a jumbo jack with CHEESE and no pickles and asked for GRILLED ONIONS. The person paused to ask another how to do it. It was correct on the screen. Then asked for the LOADED mini tacos ( adds liquid cheese and sour cream) it shows correct on the screen, then added 2 orders of churros and also 2 tacos and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I was asked does the screen look right and it was correct as ordered. I get to the wi dow and the manager is filling the order, takes the debit card and hand it back with no receipt then hands 2 bags out.
Assumption is that it's correct. No delays or having to pull around and wait for the order.
I get home and there is NO CHEESE or any ONIONS let alone GRILLED on the jumbo jacking the mini tacos are plain with NO LOADED CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM. The tacos are correct, can't screw those up and the ultimate bacon cheese burger is correct.
Tried calling the store multiple times no answer. I paid for the extras and you failed to fill the order correctly and failed to quality control check the order.
I can get better service and accuracy at taco bell and McDonalds. Note to JITB corporate and "Jack", you boast about your food and service, frankly the food is high priced and I then should expect higher quality in food and service. Your employees want higher pay and at 16 bucks an hour I expect more than what a hs dropout can do.
Tried calling 3 times to get a hold on a manager and it rang..... and rang, no answer.
Corporate- either fix this problem, reprimand staff, demand quality control at all levels and give a receipt in the bag or close the store and save the Jack in the box reputation.
I have been a loyal JITB customer for over 55 years and like the brand but this is aconstant issue with this store and changes by upper management and philosophy are needed to keep it from failing and going the Charter 11 or worse Chapter 7 route.

Read moreDecided to give this place another go after 3 years and it's still the same. Updated review July 2024- I placed an online order, and it said it would be ready for pick up at 9:48pm. I pull up to the speaker box at 9:47pm and sit there until 9:55pm with NO service so I decide to just pull around. Once I make the little curve, I notice a black car sitting about 4 feet away from the window with his music BLARING and windows up. I sit there until 10:09pm because at this point there are cars behind me so I am just stuck waiting, I called the store 3 times and each time it just rang and then disconnected. I finally get up to the window and "shocker" I'm greeted with more horrendous service. 2 different employees came up and gave me a different total when opening the window and I had to tell them both that I was getting an online order. When he handed me my food he said "you'll probably need to check that" and I just drove away at 10:21pm. So I sat in a drive thru for over 30 minutes to pick up an online order. This is not my first bad experience here but it was definetly the WORST. I will be making the drive to a further location to avoid this store.
2021-We've went to this location for 5 years. The last year the service has really gone down hill. Everytime we come through the drive thru they have us park up front and bring our food out and the wait times are 20 to 40 minutes. Christmas night we came to get food and they had someone standing out in the drive thru and telling everyone that it was an hour and a half wait for food. 1 hour and 30 minutes for fast food? I ordered a teriyaki bowl for my husband to be then told that you were out of teriyaki bowls i switched that to 4 tacos and jalapeno poppers, i then I ordered a munchy meal chicken spicy jalapeno cheese sandwich specifically asked for a fresh piece of chicken and i would wait extra.... When I got to the window i opened my sammy and the chicken did not look fresh and my bread was not toasted it was still soft soft so I asked for my bread to be toasted And then was advised that the bread toaster for the sourdough was down as well I asked for another option to be then told that I was going to be charged 60 cents for another piece of bread. I advised that they could have the sandwich back and I would order something different that didn't require the bread to be toasted to then be told that I was not able to exchange my sandwich and if i was not willing to pay the difference i had to remove myself from the window there were other vehicles behind me. I refused to move out of the drive thru and asked to speak with a manager she came to the window with a very abusive hand gesture and a very rude demeanor did not allow me to say one word and shut the window on me.
