PHỞlicious — Restaurant in Peoria

Unfortunately can't stand the presumed owner of this business. After being a happy customer for awhile after hearing about the place, my order was messed up probably because I ordered through post mates. I called ahead to see if I could get it fixed and was assured I could. I arrived to an interrogation by the same man who frequently stares at the customers in the dining room from the kitchen, if you've ever dined in at the establishment. Even after admitting it was the fault of the establishment because the "old menu" was on post mates, I paid to get my correct order. Hope the $5.46 was worth it because I was happy to spend hundreds more at the establishment because of the great food and drinks. But I'd rather go somewhere farther from my home to not risk being made a fool of in front of the very polite counter and wait staff that clearly don't like their boss, as well as the dining room who had to listen to an grumpy old man gripe and groan about 5 dollars worth of connective tissue...

Hilarious people complain about this place. Let me address some of the common complaints

~It is too expensive....So less $7-9ish for some pho or other entree is expensive? Have you been to other pho places in the valley? If so, you will realize that it is price very fair.

~It doesn't taste good....I might be a white guy but I have plenty of friends from Vietnam and Thailand. The food tastes good and the portions are nice. Food is served right with some bean sprouts, lime and jalapenos to add as you like. You can also season to taste with the soy sauce, fish sauce, chili paste, hoisin, and I think sriracha.

So, for lunch or meeting friends I love this place. The staff is small so the wait might be more than some impatient people would find acceptable. However, since I have been eating here over the last few years it has never been so bad that I would not return.

Just had a terrible experience where they got my order wrong. I ordered from postmates. I didn't get the meat that was supposed to come with my pho which I paid more for. We called to tell the restaurant we wanted to come get the items missed, they said okay, 10 minutes. We get there, they don't have it ready, instead tell us to show our receipt, okay i understand, we show them what I ordered and exactly what it says comes with it on the menu but then say that that is their "old menu" which i don't even understand because it was on postmates, not like I found it in a pile of old mail. Then wanted us to pay $5 for the add ins that I already paid for. It all makes no sense especially because i had it delivered precisely not to have to drive to get my order, so why in the world would i be trying to rip them off? Ive gone there so many times. I love the food. Horrifying...
