Everything about this restaurant was horrible, from the food to the service to the pricing. I never leave reviews but I just had to this time. My boyfriend and I came in a little late, so we weren't expecting them to give us their best service, but it was the worst service that we have ever had. We walked in, the server walked us to our table, no greeting or anything, and before we even had time to sit down he was already asking us what we wanted to order. We hadn't been here before, so we informed him that we would need time. The server came back a couple of minutes later with the owner/Manger to take out order. I ordered tofu spring rolls, #22 and my bf ordered number 16. Our food came out, and the server got our order wrong, they also didn't give us any utensils. We let the server know that we ordered #16, and the server kept saying that he didn't write 16, so that automatically meant that we hadn't ordered 16, but whatever he wrote down. The server came back with the paper where he wrote our order and you could clearly tell that he wrote #17 over another order he had written, making it seem like we ordered 17 not 16.Maybe he wouldve written the correct order if he didn't scurry away from the table before we had a chance to ask for anything. The owner came over and he reluctantly took the food back and made #16. It was the worst pho that we've tasted. The ribs were cold inside and the broth was bland. My bf is from Vietnam, and was excited to see how Vietnamese the decor was, but worst food and service. They also charge $2 more for every dish than is written in the menu. No one came back to check on us to see how everything was or if we needed anything. It also took them a long time to bring our check. Would never go back nor...
Read moreForgot to write a review my first experience, which was undoubtedly the best late night pho experience anyone would get! Like I mentioned it was my first time and a friend and I were craving some pho late at night and that fact that it was almost midnight we did not think we would satisfy our cravings, until we remembered there was a late night pho place by our house. Kitchen was closing, there seem to have been a large party there celebrating something and there was karaoke. If you’re not a fan of late night family partying with signing and dancing well just stay home or order take out. Yes it was loud but I could’ve stayed in my car, but why would I do that when I could have a fun time with entertainment, because the women signing that night were honestly truly remarkable, while waiting for my food. Anyways they hooked it up the broth was delicious, I ordered the tofu pho and it was hot and satisfying, I ordered the same thing tonight and seriously my late night pho cravings have been met! The employees are always so nice and kind and everyone there seems to want to make sure you leave happy! I’m sure other items on the menu are also tasty because the kitchen always seems to be bumping and different decadent dishes are flying out. Definitely recommend...
Read moreI won’t be back. First, Pho here is not that good. I got the special Pho and it tasted gross, and sour (I did not add any sriracha sauce or hoisin sauce).I don’t know because of the broth or the noodle? Speaking of the broth, it was not fresh of all, I did not smell something like Pho at all. It has to have the taste of anise, cinnamon... :) but this was not. Second, the customer service is bad. 🙂 why? We walked in and the server was not welcome us. He did not say hi or even smiled at us (oh and he did not even wear the mask). Why? He just made a sign with his hands to show “sit over there”. After we sat, he came and gave us the menu, then he walked away??? No talking? Couldn't he talk? He thought that we came to beg him for food? Or was it a bad day for him? So he should stop being a server and I wonder why some people are so unprofessional but they want to be the servers? I rarely give negative review for any Vietnamese restaurant. But this restaurant has my first :) I know only with my review is nothing. Hopefully they’ll know...
