For those that want the short review, if you care about getting what you ordered, go to a different dunkin.
All the employees seem nice enough, but they cannot get my order correctly no matter how I explain it. I would say only 1 time out of 4 they made my coffee right. The funny part is how simple it is.
I order a large coffee, black with extra sugar every time I go to dunkin. I might also get some donuts or a snack but the coffee is why I'm there. I cant have any dairy because I'm lactose intolerant and it will mess me up for a couple hours.
Yesterday, I ordered my coffee and got to work. About an hour or two later, my stomach was destroyed. I took the lid off to find they had added cream. Fine, everyone makes mistakes, so I dealt with it. The only thing I wish I had done is saved the sticker on the coffee so I can see if they made it wrong, or heard me wrong.
Now today, I got my coffee from there again. Large black coffee, extra sugar. I even have the sticker on there saying that exact order. Right about 5 mins ago my stomach started to turn on me. So I pop the lid off again, and surprise surprise, cream again. Now I'm actually kinda mad. If you work at a coffee shop, you should know what black coffee is. If you cant even figure out the most basic of coffees, I dont even want to know how badly mutilated other peoples orders are.
Bottom line, if you have a health reason for ordering what you're ordering and cant physically afford to have them mess it up like me, do not waste your time at this location. I know some people dont have any issues with any foods, and they might like this place, but for me the stakes are too high to risk them messing up my day a third day in a row, I'll stick with another Dunkin...
Read moreWhen we walked in there was someone sweeping, She saw us but did not greet us or acknowledge us, just kept on sweeping. When we made our choices and walked up to the counter, she continued to keep sweeping. Someone else finally came to take our order 5-7 minutes later. I would assume that, the ownership is new. It seems to be family-run but they didn't seem to be very familiar with their menu or how to run the register. It took several people to get the order punched in correctly. We waited at least 10 minutes for our coffee. The people who ordered after us got their drinks before us. When we did get our drinks - they got our coffee order completely wrong. I ordered a hot Cocoa Mocha Latte, I got an iced coconut coffee instead. My husband's order was also wrong. I also ordered a new breakfast taco which was cold by the time I got my coffee. It wasn't very good. It tasted slightly sweet which was weird. And the eggs...
Read moreI called at 10 am to see if someone could write “happy birthday __” on the cake when I arrived to pick it up at 4 PM. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful (so I thought) & helped me select a cake out of the cooler over the telephone, took down the spelling of my daughters name and assured me it would be ready upon my arrival. I am currently caring for my grandmother who was placed on hospice Wednesday of last week so I did not have time to go to great detail party planning like I usually would. I arrived and it was not ready. The guy who usually writes on the cake is off at 4 PM. Part of the reason we made plans to have it done in advance. Another lady attempted to put it on there. I am quite sure my four-year-old nephew could’ve done a better job. So the quick in and out trip turned out to be a 20 minute wait for a terrible job done. If there was a way to attach a picture I would. Do...
