JJ Appliances — Local services in Peoria

I had a great experience at JJ Appliances store. I was at their 2nd and also their Newest location as well. It was super clean inside and very nicely organized as well. They had a great selection of Refrigerators, and they also had a few Ovens/Ranges, and some Washers and Dryers as well. In the back of the show room, they had a big delivery dock where they bring in all of their appliances from various stores. They discount their appliances right around 75% OFF!!! It is a Scratch & Dent Company and they also deal with returns from customers as well. The appliances that they bring into their 2 stores aren’t extremely damaged at all. They all work great. All they have wrong with them is that they have either a scratch or 2, or maybe a couple of dents is all. There were others in the very back of the show room that I don’t think were for sale, but they were being fixed and they were also installing new parts onto some appliances as well. They are very straightforward right off the bat which is perfect and not shady at all in any way. We just got a very very nice Samsung Refrigerator for about 75% OFF! The original price on it was $4,000+ but we were able to walk out the door and only paying just a grand total of right under $1,100. That included the sales tax, the delivery and also the installation as well. And it also came with a 6 month warranty too. He also helped us with ways to get extended warranties for it as well which is awesome because usually companies like these usually don’t do that stuff at all. He actually cares about his customers genuinely. They’ve been in business for over 12 years now I believe. Their first location has been there for 11 years now, and their newest and 2nd location has now been there for just 1 year now. It seems like they are doing very well and I recommend them to anybody. Go to them instead of the major retailers and getting ripped off paying a fortune for your appliance. Just about all of their appliances are Samsung too. I was happy with the customer service we received and he was very polite and the delivery guy was also great as well. He was extremely quick and careful and professional too. He was here and out of here in less than 15 minutes. I was very impressed. He didn’t ask for any help either which I was also impressed because I know how much these refrigerators weigh. He handled it like it was no problem. I appreciate everyone who helped me at JJ Appliances and keep up the great work guys. I’m glad I went with them instead of some other company. Beware he puts fake brand names!!! You won't get your products and even if you will pick them up at the store when it seems to work, you will get surprises like torn electric wires inside the stove, broken ice maker, buttons, hoses. Scratched interior and exterior, he even lied on the brand, and I ended up staying with a fridge that has no name or serial number - then it can't be fixed, so you had to buy a new one! Fake whirlpool symbols to refrigerator and dishwasher and other combinations he did. You'll have to pay upfront, so you can't regret.

The guy (owner) from JJ Appliances Phoenix AZ has no intention but to scam the customer since the products never been fixed... I bought a stove, microwave, refrigerate, and dishwasher, all of them was different than the one I paid. He exchanged me wrong items one after another while delivering appliances with no care rubbing on the vehicle body, telling stories for weeks and at the end, he brings you products that may look ok on the outside, but the inside wires are jammed bad ice maker and have no serial numbers.

It's my first time writing a bad review, BUT JJ appliances DESERVE TO HAVE...

ALL of their "inexpensive" refrigerators are dented and are there for resale. I was ok with that but they did not advertise as such. Debbie there actually acted surprised when I pointed out that there were small dents and scratches on all of the ones I saw. You are at the mercy of a huge open window of all day time for delivery so not sure if that is good? It is also an extra $95 delivery fee but I can say much faster delivery than Home Depot that kept not showing up for more than 2 months and they kept changing dates after they did not show. This is an ok service and reasonable if you don't mind a few dents...
