Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Peoria

Location has a habit of screwing up orders, not usually a big deal, just a missing ingredient here or there, not worth complaining about. Couple of times missing an actual sandwich or loaf of bread and they've always corrected no problem. Last 2 times they screwed up my hot beef and cheddar by adding horseradish sauce though. This last time I called to let them know and all I got was "I know we didn't because I watched them make it", which is weird to begin with. But admitted they had put crispy jalapenos on it by mistake, and that might be the spiciness. I like jalapenos, I know what jalapenos taste like. I hate horseradish, I know what it taste like. Last time I checked jalapenos didn't come in a white creamy sauce either. I offered to let them try the sandwich themselves, to which I was told "call customer service". That's fine, Jimmy so hard up they need my $11, they can have it. Their prices keep going up, the quality of ingredients keeps going down, and if they wanna be rude too, I'll just save myself money. Ordered 2 hot subs. One chicken bacon rand and one ultimate Italian. The first one has so much ranch you could not hardly taste the bacon, bread became soggy and very disappointing overall. The second one has so much oil on it I could have made 3 sandwiches with the amount of oil and still had extra. The entire bottom half of the bread was so soggy that where the bread should have had some crunch to it there was just a mush followed by a stream of oil. I don't pay damn hard earned money to get low quality food. If I wanted that I'd go to the Walmart deli section. The quality of this location has quickly gone downhill. You need to invest in some serious training and to make sure your basic equipment like a speaker in the drive thru can actually be heard.
