Took forever. Two people working - one clearly new - and the other one disappeared into back for a long time. Ordered three of the same drink, but one excluded two ingredients. 9 other customers came in after and new guy was trying to make everything himself. Ridiculously long wait. New guy finally went into back and told other female “you need to get out here and help”. It took twenty five minutes to get three greenies and we were the first people in there. I finally get the three green drinks and my green juice is orange. I asked “why is this one orange?” She said “because I added carrots”. I said, “I didn’t want carrots. I just wanted the ingredients I ordered - a greenie minus celery and parsley. That’s what I asked for and what I told the guy I wanted.” She said “yeah, that’s my fault - I will make it again.” What’s the point in asking for a specific drink if employees just randomly add whatever they want to it? Seriously… Might have been funny if it hadn’t made me late for work. This places continues to get worse and takes longer each time I go. Both employees seemed to care less about working. Read moreI am sad for our neighborhood that this location has changed ownership. We will not be going back. Previously, it was fun and therapeutic to get a nutritional drink or bowl after our workout. We even got a barre discount. Not any longer. They don’t honor i No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Stood at counter at least 15 minutes before anyone looked up to take order. No hi or welcome. Received a phone call while waiting for food and they thought we were at a club. The music is so loud and can’t be turned down. New owner has it hard wired. Between the blenders and the loud music it gives you a headache. The icing on the cake was our food sat there due to either not calling our name or music so loud we couldn’t hear them. Finally, we took our melted items and ate outside....
Read moreI normally love ordering from this location due to the convenience. However, today I placed a mobile order and arrived approximately 10 minutes after the expected order pickup time. When I gave my name, one of the girls working made a rude comment to her coworker (right in front of me) along the lines of “oh should I go ahead and remake that” while laughing because I was running a few minutes late.
