Starbucks — Restaurant in Peoria

So I ordered the same drink I order every single time I go to Starbucks. I told them specifically what I wanted. Sometime we make mistakes. Personally I love vanilla sweet cream that’s why I’m willing to pay the extra for it. But if I tell you what I’d like and it’s not right, the manager shouldn’t argue back with me, I mean I’ve never had that happen before at any other location. Sometimes they add to much espresso and I ask for a small side of sweet cream so they don’t have to make the whole drink again. And they have no problem giving it to me as my drink I get is $14.00 and some change. For 1 drink! And I’m okay with that because I usually get exactly what I want. I expressed this to the manager, and said I’ve never had to pay extra for the sweet cream in the side if they didn’t put the extra extra in that I ordered. He said well I’m charging you, I said they do it at every single one I’ve been too. He said which one I named off East Peoria location which is fantastic. Glen and Sterling! He started naming off the managers names afterwards saying well guess I have to call this person and that person etc, I said excuse me? I don’t care what their names are, the point is I paid $14 for a drink and you guys didn’t put enough in it after I’ve been for extra extra. He then was speaking to me like I was one of his children and shut the window on me. Absolutely ruined my entire day. Starbucks is genuinely a part of my daily routine, Starbucks starts my day off great any other time! I was super upset with the service...

Highly disappointed with this location and the way I was spoken to by the staff just now. I came through the drive through to order the viral "labor inducing drink" just for fun and sweet treat for myself. I jokingly asked if they had ever heard of it and immediately had two employees belittling me through the speaker at the menu saying "we don't make anything like that here" and "you do know that will do nothing for you right".... obviously I know that this is probably not what is going to put me into labor - be for real. I was just making conversation and hoping to try something new. To be ganged up on for something so silly as a sugary drink is insane. I haven't been going to Starbucks for awhile as it is, because local businesses deserve my money more than this place, but one thing is for certain now, I will never give this location another dime of my money. Insanely rude to speak to me like I'm stupid for wanting to try...

Let's see when I use my personal cup discount I get 25 stars, yesterday was triple star day. Before ordering I had 156 stars ,so I should of received 75 stars. Wow I thought adding was one of the easiest to do 157+75 comes out to 231 stars not 213. I guess I will quit returning to this store. Whether it is "Starbucks, " itself or the store I am being screwed. Anyone else out there having the same problem? So you guys wonder why you losing money, it could be because of the prices going to high and you screwed people out of stars and other areas...
