Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Peoria Heights

I have never had the issues I've been having lately. Everytime I go, they are closing for some break. Then they tell me come back in an hour to get my medicine. I used to work at Walgreens pharmacy, and we always made sure antibiotics were done first. Top of the pile so they were ready for patients to start them. Now everytime I go for antibiotics I have to wait hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. The store also sucks. Shelves are empty and the shift lead, Eric, is rude as hell. I'm about to stop doing business...

The pharmacy has a drive up, but don't attempt to use it unless you have half an hour to waste. They never have more than one employee on the window, even though there are two lanes. I counted 8 cars waiting! I have taken my prescriptions to HyVee. The service, both drive up and counter is always good. I will NEVER go back to this Walgreens, even though it's the closest pharmacy...

The pharmacist Jonas is always extremely friendly and has helped me in many ways when it comes to difficult scripts. The rest of the staff is also friendly. They do have long wait times which seeing how many customers they do serve, it is completely understandable.
