I only go to this taco bell every once in a while, and unfortunately every time I go to this one there seems to be an issue with the order. The last time I went (months ago) I just ordered two bean and cheese burritos, simple right? Well, they were so stone cold that the tortilla was stale and crumbling, and the beans were a cold solid brick, it wasn't something that a microwave could save sadly.

I went again last night and ordered the 2 chalupa combo, with an added two Dorito's loco's tacos and and order of cinnamon twists. One chalupa was great! It was warm, the fried breaded taco shell was fluffy and tasted fine, but the other chalupa was SUPER cold. The cheese couldn't melt, all of it was so cold and squished together with the lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in another brick like fashion one top of the cold chicken. The breaded shell on this one was also cold and had a texture of having sat out a while, it was stale and extra chewy... It was not ideal. The Doritos locos tacos were just fine per my kiddo, but they didn't add in his order of cinnamon twists that I paid for, and unfortunately I didn't find this out until I was home. It wasn't worth it to me to go drive all the way back for some cinnamon twists, so I promised to make it up to kiddo with something else at home.

The time in drive thru at this location can be a hit or miss, sometimes you go right through, but sometimes the wait is incredibly long.

The final miss for me was that none of the employees that I could see (there were about three of them) wore any face masks.

tl;dr:

-Any ordered item (value item or combo) consistently come out stale and very cold at this location. -The order can be missing items, so check before you leave that you have everything. -The drive-thru line time seems to be 50/50 for either letting you right in, or having you wait a REALLY long time, even if your order was small. -No masks on...

I was in the drive-thru waiting a long time just to place an order when there was only one car ahead. Before the staff was ready to take my order they came across the loudspeaker cussing about being out of beef and then cussing about noticing their speaker was on. We pulled through the drive-thru without making an order and the young man with the curly hair cussed at our vehicle as we passed and then walked out to the front of the store to flip us off again as we headed to Jack-in-the-Box. This is not the first time I've experienced terrible customer service at this location that was caused by horridly immature staffing. A prior visit had the staff once again being overheard on the loudspeaker urging each other to delay cars so they didn't have to prepare more food before closing. The staff is constantly cussing or messing up orders. My previous visit I ordered a $7 Luxe Craving Box and instead of a Chalupa, I received a standard Taco and no nachos were included, nor cinnatwist as substitute. Jack-in-the-Box had much better customer service and order accuracy. Just as well, they were actually equipped with the ingredients to prepare orders and did not cuss at...

Last night I stopped in to pick up an order I was delivering and I ordered food for myself. The drive through line was wrapped around the building and there was quite a few people inside as well. While I was waiting, this other delivery driver lady comes in and starts yelling at all the working KIDS about giving her, her order Right then! And told them she didn't care about the people in line, that they could wait and she wanted her food NOW. One of the employees told her that they couldn't do that and they would get her order to her asap and she proceeded to carry on yelling at them. The employees were very professional and continued working, didn't engage much with her as she yelled and yelled. All of the employees were teenagers and it could have been a very different situation. They did an amazing job being professional and getting customers in and out. That lady said she was going to call a manager so I hope that manager knows he has an amazing staff and that...
