Close this Place! Shame On Me! Wifey Update. Tried again. I placed an order via the mobile app for 2 sandwiches that I have ordered multiple times. I used rewards for one of the sandwiches. When I got home the order was made with the wrong bread. My husband called to ask about the bread. Kevin the onsite manager explained that they ran out of bread and substituted with a different bread. We were not informed of the substitution until we called. This is not acceptable. Kevin then stated he is "coming down with something and sick and off my game". So now we have tainted food. We requested a refund immediately and to speak to Store Manager who was unavailable. After 15 minutes Kevin refunded the order but I lost the rewards. Please note we've had multiple problems with this location and often get from other sites. This location is so convenient we wanted to give it yet another chance. I cannot believe the staff is handling food while "coming down with something and sick". This violates common food safety measures! After being loyal customers for years, We will never return to any Jersey Mikes location. Yes this will shared on social media. People need to protect themselves from the germs being spread by Jersey Mike's Pompton Plains.

Fourth time to this location that this happened. Literally live 2 minute drive. Got a bread salad sandwich. 2 slices of meat. 1 slice cheese. It was supposed to be an Italian! Have pics to post but not able to. Support local businesses instead. This place is trash taking advantage of people that don’t know any better. SMH. Overpriced...

A few weeks ago I came here to get a sub. Lemme tell you it was good!! I woke up that day having to go to school. My day was horrible! I failed 3 tests and got so much homework. Then I realized I forgot my lunch at home. I was starving!! I was so upset that I decided to treat myself at Jersey Mikes Subs in Pompton Plains NJ. I was very hesitant at first because I usually go to subway. I walked in and was already pleased with the smell of the place. I walked up to the counter and the workers were very friendly. I believe the person who served me was named Micheal. The workers there called him Miami. He was great! It was the best service I have ever received!! He was very social and made my sandwich just right! I sat down and took a bite into the sandwich. MY GOD I don’t think I have ever had anything better. They put the perfect amount of lettuce, tomato, meat, oil, and vinegar. It was so good that I had to go back and get another! The second one was even better! It felt like I was in heaven. I’ve never had a better experience at a sub place. I will never forget the experience I had here and plan on coming back every weekend. You should definitely give the worker Micheal a raise!! My family has been coming here for a few years. Always a clean place and friendly staff. A few weeks ago there was a problem with an order phoned in. I called after returning home and was told to please return and it will be made right. Not only was I given a refund for the full order but they made the order again for me at no charge. WAY beyond what was expected or necessary. Really good guys. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly rated.

What a difference a year makes. Went in to pick up a phoned-in order of (2) mini sandwiches. Ordered at 11:50 on a Thursday. Arrived 12:15. Store was a mess with multiple lines and no one taking care of waiting customers for simple pick-up. Customers walking in served first and left while multiple customers still waiting. After waiting an additional 10 minutes in store, had to yell out to find if I could pick up the order. When they ask what I ordered, they could not find it and no one remember me calling (yes- Pompton Plains location). It was 2 custom mini's for 2 kids so it was unique. My advice is to AVOID this place at peak times unless you are prepared to wait. I walked out without...
