Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Perham

I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra cheese on it. When it was delelivered it had very little cheese on it compared to pizza hut , Michelangelo, hot stuff or any of the other competitors. A tiny cheese,supposedly excheese pizza is almost b $15 ridiculous. Overpriced and doesn't taste very good do yourself a favor and go to the wadena pizza hut they put extra cheese on there pizza and they taste much better. To top off the bad pizza with burnt crust I call the perham pizza ranch and spoke with Tyler. Tyler was very rude and insolent and needs to take some human relations course where they explain that No one ever wins an argument with an angry customer, a happy customer will tell 1 person why they are happy with your business an angry customer will tell everyone they talk to why they are angry. After speaking with Tyler I took out my wallet and removed the ranch rewards card that I had been using since 2013, a card that has points accumulated on it, and I threw that card in the trash as I will never spend another penny in the perham pizza ranch the $35 I spent on nov3 for a small cheese pizza and a medium stampede pizza and 2 20 ounce cokes is the last penny I will ever spend in that store. I could deal with the burnt crust and not giving me extra cheese but I refuse to be mistreated by rude, ignorant, indolent and...

i am ALWAYS ANNOYED by this location. not a ton of restaurants to choose from in this area so we end up here every once in a while. VERY difficult to order over the phone as staff doesn't know what they're doing. i would order a pizza of choice when i go for buffet but they refuse to make the ones i want (BLT or steak and onion). the last time we did order a pizza of choice at buffet they "forgot to put it in" so we never got it. they no longer have the mild taco sauce for the taco pizza as well, only HOT. they always have the same tired 3-5 pizzas on buffet (multi pepperoni, taco, broccoli chicken alfredo) and have a hard time keeping up with customers, refilling pizza and chicken. chicken legs disappear very quickly. 2 empty pans today with and one pan filled with the "leftovers". no labels on the pizzas. have to arrive between 5 and 6pm, any later and the tables don't get refilled and you're forced to eat the scraps no one wanted. the food is good but i wish they would have an actual variety. this location also does not have soup. dusty, slow to clean up tables and take away...

I don't even know were to begin. We got there at 8:20 for the buffet and are told that we couldn't get buffet because it closes at 8. Whatever fine. (Even though there was huge amounts of food left on the buffet). So we ordered 2 large pizzas and some cheese bread and waited for 40 minutes (if we wouldn't gotten buffet we would've been done earlier) After waiting for 40 minutes (while having one employee walk past and openly stare at us) we got our pizzas and one was made wrong. An employee came up to ask how it was (same one that had been staring) we tried to tell him our pizza was made wrong and he said "oh that's great hope you guys come back soon" And then he walked away. So my friend went to the counter to tell them it was wrong and he had to bang on the counter and yell for several minutes before someone came up and re made it.
