Edit: 11/28/23 I absolutely needed to update my review. I have consistently been having amazing visits at my neighborhood Staters. Amy in the butcher department always has the best customer service. She truly has made a huge posiitive difference in that department. Ever since she started working here, I now can say i love coming to my neighborhood stater bros. Her customer service is nothing short of steller. She is so kind, so sweet, and always professional. She goes over and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I love seeing her smiling face. She makes my day every time I see her. I have changed my 1 star, that I gave 3 years ago, to a 5 star because of Amy. I would love it if someone in management can let her know we think she's amazing and doing an outstanding job! Thank you Amy!!!💕
3 yrs ago: This is my neighborhood location and I have to drive out of this city to get treated decently and to get fresh food. Let's talk about customer service, there is none here, the butcher department is rude, the deli department is rude, the cashiers are rude and most of all the managers are the worst. I try at all cost to avoid coming here but sometimes it's all about convenience. So I get in and get out. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Edit: 9/27/20 went in today and had a second situation happen with the manager of the butcher department named Cevi. The first time I didn't get his name but this time it was so bad , I had to get his name and his title.i was EXTREMELY surprised that he is the manager of that department. No one should be in a management position if they treat customers the way he treated me. Stator Brothers he needs extensive customer service training. Today he made me feel discriminated against. No one should ever feel this way coming into an establishment. After the way he treated me, the other employees and another customer apologized for him. I went to the front to speak with the store manager, Eddie the assistant manager came to talk with me and when I explained to him what happened, he was no help and tried to minimize the way I was treated. Read moreI'm only putting a 3 because every other experience I've had here was great. Love the manager and the butcher.. Kelly is awesome. I've been coming here for over 15 years and NEVER have I experienced such disrespect and accusation. There was a deal on paper towels and it was so good I went back the following week to get another pack. It was 11.99. Originally 22.99, so half off. There was one left and I grabbed it. Thought I was lucky... I was surely wrong. A new cashier named APRIL... rung it up and it didn't come up with the discount so I told her. She had me walk her back to the deal and was visibly annoyed. Sure enough the tag said 22.99 discount 11.99. And she brought her manager over to fix it. Then she told him in front of me.. that I must've put it there to get a deal... so that im stealing?!?!?! Never in my life have I been accused of stealing. She was rude. And actively tried to convince the manager to not give me a discount. I got upset.. usually I keep my cool but I couldn't. The audacity this lady had to accuse me of stealing when the coupon deal was in her hand and it all added up. The manager gave me the discount and the bagging lady told me she's sorry and hopes I have a good day. Sad that there's a rotten egg there. I love that store. Read moreLove going to Staters Bros. They usually have the same format like the other stores. Which makes it easier to shop. They have weekly sales, which I look out for so I can buy. My meats in big bundles to stuck up in my freezer.. Like when Carne Asada is on at $4.99 trust and believe I stock up big time. Bacon drops down to $2.99 or $3.99 I'm there stocking up. Clean and kept pretty well stock.. They need to have more cashiers on the floor.. Especially you start seeing a line of 5 or 6 people. Call the cashiers out.. People are sometimes on their break from work, Mom's running in there to grab some stuff on their way to pick up their kids from schools. We your customers value our time and money to spend in your stores. So Managers at Staters Bros. Take this to heart💕... Don't be making your customers wait in long lines.. I for one will walk out if I don't see enough cashiers on the floor. I will take my shopping needs somewhere else... Stated Bros. Market are the Heartland.. Well make my heartstrings happy and get your cashiers on the floor... You see what happening from upstairs... Start managing , get your customers in and out, happily...
