Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Perris

Pizza hut has horrible customer service I ordered online the wait time 1 hour and 20 min i didn't mind waiting, than I go pick up my pizza and waited between 15-20 minutes more finally my turn the cashier guy charged me he wasn't really sure if it was my order so he had me verify the order and phone number wich is fine I don't want to get the wrong pizza than he starts looking for the order I noticed he was having trouble finding it and all of the other people were there just walking around talking until they finally helped him took them about 5 more minutes and finally the manager comes up ands tells me "I'm not 100% sure where's your pizza" what do you mean your not sure i asked and she says "I can make you one it will be like 10-15 min but I'm out of chicken, bell peppers, and ham or I can give you a refund" so I asked for a refund I had waited long enough and wasn't going to wait any longer and the sad part is that she didn't even apologized how rude is that so I called their corporate and they didn't really care either they said they would let the person who is in charge of that store and will give me a call back but they have not called me wich I don't really care but really where's there customer service will never go back!!!! By the way they had some pizzas out of the warmers shouldn't the pizzas be in the warmer so they...

OK. I had ordered two medium pizzas on the pizza hut website, one pepperoni, and the other half supreme and half cheese. When my order arrived to my house they gave us an incorrect order and did not bring our pepperoni pizza. We told the delivery guy the problem, but we failed to mention that we would like the pizza to be hand-tossed before he left. We tried to make it easier and call the location and have them make the correct pizza before they made it. I had my boyfriend call the location and got nothing but busy lines for at least 20 minutes. Finally someone answered the phones and after we explained our issue they asked for our zip code, ( which is a perris code, and we were calling the perris number for the perris pizza hut location) and they lied and told us they were the the van buren location. So, I called back on a different phone and asked what location they were, they told me they were perris. I then let them know I had just called and was told they were the van buren location, the guy then told us to hold on he put us on hold and we were hung up on. In the end we never got the correct order, they delivered a pan made pepperoni pizza and not a hand tossed pizza. I do not recommend this location to anyone. WORST EXPERIENCE, TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE TO GET PIZZA. You're better off ordering...

I was in there at around 6 pm. It was good up in til they forgot my hot wings. I got my pizza, which was great. 10 minutes after I got it I went up to the lady to ask about my wings and she said "give me a minute". So I went back to sit down and waited..... Waited some more... While she walked around... Walked some more and got herself a drink as well and she walked some more. Then she stood at the register for a few minutes... THEN she decided to come to me and say "can I have your receipt?" I said "ummm sure." She could've asked nicely. But you can't expect everyone to have manners or be polite. Then I asked for my ranch that I PAID for and another lady took my receipt. One question.... Why don't the people who make the pizzas wear gloves? I seen them clean their hands on their shirts, touch their hats, touch the register and pens that people use to sign with.... Its disgusting!!!!!...
