Be wary of the staff! I went in to put up two carry out pizzas and used the pay in store option. When I went to use my Samsung pay the transaction got canceled twice which u thought was super weird since I use that to pay for practically everything. Then on the third try I see that I get charged more than im supposed to, I ask why and I see that there's almost a $6 tip when my total was only $20. I ask the cashier why and she tells me she will try to take it off. When she can't she asks a manager for help and blames me! She told him that I put i wanted to tip that much but then I changed my mind and told her to erase it which was not true! I think that she cancelled the transactions on purpose and hoped that by the third time i wouldn't notice the total difference. Either way i stayed until i got the right total which Took them about 20 mins to fix the whole issue. I wanted my money back twice but couldn’t make my kids wait any longer to eat after waiting 2.5 hours for food that was supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes. A week ago, I ordered online delivery at 10:30pm. The tracker started to track and it stopped. I was waiting and the food never came. They should stop taking orders if the cannot or do not want to fulfill them because it’s close to their time to be off. I called but the store was closed, so irritating.
