One star because both times I ate there, the food was good (even though it's over priced compared to other restaurants). Unfortunately, both visits exemplified poor customer service and unreasonable wait times. Wait to order, wait to pay, wait for change, and an unusually long wait for the food considering no other customers were there both times. All the while staff doesn't look friendly, chats with each other while ignoring customers, and generally behaves rudely.

I was told that they treat their customers poorly and was recommended to eat anywhere else but there. I still wanted to give them a chance. And then another chance. Now I...

While eating, a larger party came in and sat next to the tables where I was. They were expecting five more people, and they asked the servers if they could be moved to be able to sit their larger party because they were waiting for five more people. There was an empty section of the restaurant; all they had to do was wipe it down. Instead of moving them, the servers started picking up my tostadas and chips, mind you, before I was done eating. I didn’t even finish the beer I was drinking. If they had asked if I could move, I would’ve said yes, but they took it upon themselves to start removing my stuff and told me that they were going to move me. Two waitresses approached me and said it. The waitress that removed my things asked me before I left if they forced me to get up and I replied with a Yes, you did, I just paid my bill and left.

I went this morning with my wife and the waitress who served us with a very grumpy face but she attended the others tables with only men very well, she didn't bring us tortillas we asked gee for things ands she just turned her face at us, she was a girl with red or orange hair, however on thrusday afternoon we went and quite the opposite the waitress was very attentive and friendly I don't remember her name very well but she was also cashier and without a doubt we would go again for the food because...
