Do not come to this shop horrible service I brought my son phone to get fixed they said they needed a week came back after a week still not done said they needed another week and told them okey came back and the phone was not even touched when ask for my son phone back they gave me another customers phone instead of my son phone they couldn’t find the phone when they got ahold of the phone I still had to wait till they brought it from Montclair when I received the phone the home button was broken took it to another shop when they open the phone up all the screws and pieces were missing horrible experience save the trip the new shop took an hour to fix the problem while it took this one more than a week and wasent even fixed and the employees are rude ask directly to speak with the manager seem like his employees run the show instead...

I am Jasmine (using my daughters account) I was a first time customer referred by my sister. I came to get my iphone fixed. I was having issues with my touchscreen and typing . It just kept freezing on me. I got there during opening time, had a small issue where i had too wait for the store too open. Turns out after calling one of the other three locations that they were having things going on. But the technician on the phone let me know they would send someone to my location and he arrived quickly.I went in and the technician was great. They even accommodated me for my time. Giving me a discount and a free temper glass .He was fast literally 15 mins to fix my phone. Very friendly and very kind. I was in and out and I’m extremely happy with the service. I went to get my phone fixed due to water that got on my phone and I couldn’t see my screen. They offered to fix it but didn’t disclose the screen was not an iPhone screen that they would use. Didn’t even give me that as an option. They didn’t fix the phone as I still had issues with the screen and instead I even had some new issues. My phone even received a message saying the parts were not iPhone parts and my phone started having some issues like the phone getting hot faster and not being able to zoom in and out.
