Only reason I give a 1 star is because the guy was nice and courteous, he acknowledged me, which is great! BUT he did not change gloves in between customers, I literally saw him collect cash from the previous customer, then moves on to prepare my mangoneada and puts the ingredients with the same gloves he collected and touch money with. I got grossed out, I apologized to him and told him I didn’t mean to be mean, but I wouldn’t be taking the mangoneada anymore. Money carries so much bacteria, staff should be washing and changing gloves in between each customer, especially with this whole covid situation we are all living. This is my favorite place ,well was I have a couple months ago I didn’t go I went today and I get my favorite chicharrón but I noticed a lot little things changed even the way they make my chicharrón they replaced the mayonnaise for nasty sour cream and add chopped tomatoes and jalapeños no good combination I ask for esquite with Doritos and she looks like she doesn’t know what I was talking about , my husband tostilocos he can’t even eat it they put so much Valentina and champoy is just not edible .,and is look like they don’t give points in the app clover anymore either so sad after so many years of going to this place I have to look for...

I would give 5 starts if they didn't surcharge consumers illegally. This place has great ice cream and great service every time we have gone. But they add .50 cents each card transaction even if its debit card. I have spoken to a supervisor and let them know it is illegal per card brand rules to do so and their response was "The owner says we need to charge it, sorry" They dont seem to care because most their customers are spanish speaking and they know they can get...
