Update; someone from the restaurant told me to contact their customer service about this review and I did, But all I got was a "I'm sorry that was your experience I will make sure your food is warmer next time." From Mark, a customer service rep. Not even a hey about $2 off your next meal. Nothing. Just a hey, we're sorry you blew $35 for cold meat. Unreal. First time ever at Chipotle, and at this location. I never cared to try it but I decided to try it today, and well.. the food was good tasting, except it wasn't very hot. My chicken wasn't hot and neither was the cilantro lime rice. Nor was my hubby's steak bowl with the rice, beans and cheese, pico de Gallo, lettuce, and guacamole I paid $11 for. None of it was hot as food should have been; hot and fresh. Presentation was very sloppy as the young woman piled it on top of each other. She was sloppy and smashed one of the lids to hell when she put it on the plate. just careless and in a rush. There was no one behind me in line. There was all of 4 people eating in the place at that time, so I don't understand that, because it wasn't packed. Over all, I'd say, way too much food and way too overpriced. Taste was great after we warmed it up at home, but for me, just too much in one serving for one person. Overall, service wasn't good. They rush you along like it's their last few moments living. Some patience and a smile maybe, and making the food presentable is more likely to bring a customer back. All in all, 2 bowls, 2 sodas was $35. No thanks. And the atmosphere was terrible. Not a single thing to look at in there. It's like having lunch inside a box....
Read more4:07pm in store white shirt and jeans 4:22pm bought Young lady at to go counter when asked if there was enough berry August Fresca for a medium drink she said yes you should be fine. After paying I went to fill up the medium cup and there was only 1/2 a cup of berry Fresca available. I asked the young lady again at the to go counter and she said she would have someone out to fill it soon after waiting 10 minutes I went up and asked for an update and said I’d be happy do take a refund on the drink if that would be faster at this point the young man told me no it’s fine I’ll take care of it. Then 8-10 customer were helped in line before my issue was addressed and at this point it had been over 20 minutes waiting while food was getting cold and asked to refund the entire order, after receiving the refund I asked if the young lady was the manager she said yes, and when asked her name she acted as if she was panicked and refused to give me her name, and ask if I could have the other young lady’s name at least and she also declined. Countered not wiped floors dirty with food lids being stepped on. Rude to customers. Added rudeness a Door dasher asked to use the restroom and was refused twice by the manager stating, it’s for customers...

I’ve been to plenty of Chipotles, but I’ve never had such a terrible experience as I did at this location. I ordered a kid's build-your-own meal and asked for white rice as one of my sides. The employee barely gave me a scoop, not even close to a proper serving, and when I asked for more, she told me, "I'm only allowed to give you one ounce," and then put the lid on my meal like she was in a hurry to get rid of me.
When I told my dad what happened, he spoke up and told her to give me more rice, even saying he didn’t care about the extra charge. Instead of just doing her job, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly added more rice. Her attitude was rude and bratty the entire time. She kept rushing us, and whenever I tried to choose my options, she just stood there staring at me impatiently, like I was wasting her time.
This experience was beyond disappointing. Ive never felt more uncomfortable and hated in my life. The lack of professionalism, respect, courtesy, and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable. If you can’t provide decent service, you shouldn’t be working...
